  1. Dates Rene, dates, I will be on board for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. sensitive and apparently technology challenged!
  3. welcome to the forum, and I suggest contacting Larue or a third party dealer, because I have an OBR, and you couldn't pry it from my hands.
  4. i have to report that they are all gone, sorrow invades my heart, although i almost pulled the trigger, but facing momma is scarier than the bill!!!!
  5. If money is no object….. I move to vote for a Larue obr or a Lwrc Repr….. two top of the in rifles in any length, remember 16" is good for 600yds, longer barrel, more distance… and weight! as for optics, leupold, nightforce, and us optics top my lists.
  6. http://news.softpedia.com/newsImage/Telara-Now-Focuses-on-Rifts-and-Planes-2.jpg/ time for a new one
  7. changed my profile for you to more accurately reflect my abilities. as for my log in time, I got really good at running my machine at work after 16 years, and smart phones rock…… now if i can only figure out how to shut i off?
  8. you really get into watching flies, huh? <dontknow> <lmao>
  9. first off, welcome, lets see if we can get you straightened out. I have a Larue, it's the cats ass, but 3k is the entry price. The Lmt is a little but not much less. Now about building. With some mechanical knowledge and a couple tools you can build a sweet rifle for less than the above, maybe even have enough left over for optics. I would suggest using a Mega machine matching receiver set, they are so nice and will allow you more flexibility in your build. Why don't you read up some, check out some pictures, get an idea of the barrel length, rail, and stock you may want to use and we can go from there. Also keep in mind where you live may restrict your choices.
  10. Welcome from wmass, love my larue, highly recommended. If you and Drew shoot together I'd let you try it... oh wait, I was told not to bring it.... or someone may have buy one.... :o
  11. I thought they determined the Co fires were caused by a meteor shower
  12. i think i want target pics……. <thumbsup> well done
  13. never thought about joint training exercise? i worry less about the big bear these days than anyone else on our radar.
  14. damn, I was mislead. I started to get excited by the thread title, then boom, the bomb dropped. It's almost shine time up here, three of my buddies make it. thanks Jon. on the other hand, panic and copycat crimes are definitely going to result from this, possibly worse than the original.
  15. The exact reason why my mod 0 build has stalled out.
  16. No problem! <thumbsup> wish I could help out.
  17. Although I haven't started reloading, I look forward to your progress reports, and they are always detailed and informative. Thank you Nofail!
  18. I am not sure which tube armalite uses but you would remove the stock and measure the tube. There is another current thread with a picture diagram going on, I'd link you but I'm on my phone at work.. if you buy a mil-spec acs and it happens to be wrong, I'll buy it from you.
  19. Have no fears! They make the stock in both mil-spec and commercial tube sizes, no change needed. I also suggest adding the larger butt pad, I have it and its so nice!
  20. Give Clint a call or email, he is a good guy and very knowledgeable about what your needs will be . By the way, a new stock may fit you better, or offer other benefits over the factory one. I personally like the magpul acs stock for collapsable stocks and the prs for rifles.
  21. Hi and welcome to the forum. Let me start by suggesting a buffer and spring change to a Heavy Buffer by our site sponsor. This is not just a plug but a true attempt to help. Their quality is unmatched and the results speak for themselves. Others will most certainly agree here.
  22. judging by what ken said, i would defininately run the red hammer spring, if not the grey. give it a try and let us know
  23. welcome, those pof rifles have a heck of a good reputation, enjoy. might i ask, why a four round mag? i have heard of five rounders, but not four.
  24. welcome to poverty
  25. that's what i'm talking about, don't make me wait till october!
