  1. Excuse me sir…. I believe i fit in somewhere here…..
  2. That lil hooker will join the family…. I have ammo and look but no 22lr pistols… which reminds me I need to clean up the good ol gsg-5.
  3. I was at SIG this weekend and will be adding a 322 soon. Nice pistol for sure
  4. No hysteria bud. Lots of facts, backed up with real information. Good for you that you can do that, with one of these, without issue. You are in the minority.
  5. To answer the main question, no, my 5.56 guns would be choice number one. Lighter, lighter load out with more rounds, much more common to pick up off the ground. .308AR is a nice weapon but it’s much heavier, loaded mags are twice as heavy carrying 10 rds less each mag at least. think…. If I’m carrying this several days in a row, out on the field, or running with it, which would I rather have? As usual Tom hit the nail on the head with his post on firefights… it’s hectic, and all plans swirl down the shitter cause everything goes sideways. High pressure brings you down to your lowest level of training. You can have a MK19 but if you haven’t trained you are as useless as a snow shovel in the desert
  6. Also, these beasts take more time to break in. Lots of heavy metal mating together. Run it wetter than a fat chick at prom night with a sweaty 13 yr old virgin. It may take 1-300 rounds
  7. These have skid steer quick detach front attachment points
  8. This one is coming home soon, getting the 55 hp with cab. 72” brush hog and some other implements
  9. White out face is an improvement!
  10. It’s part of my daily routine. Plus my job offers me a distinct opportunity everyday for substantial pt as well
  11. Keeping it moving in the background
  12. The 1301 is on my short list. I need another shotgun. Or two?
  13. Check the internal depth of you buffer tube. Also a picture of it showing the retaining pin minus the buffer and spring. Your gas tube is in the proper location in the cam cut out. Could you measure the gas port for us? Does your firing pin have a spring that goes on it? That bent pin in the picture isn’t a big concern for me
  14. Best investment you can make. Clint’s products are literally second to none.
  15. They answered for me. You need a minimum of 5.4 oz to make it work with the correct gas. Otherwise your solving a problem by creating a new one
  16. Uh, nope….. not in the least…. Foreign material has nothing to do with that process
  17. If it were me I would pass on that one. Never seen that before. While poly lowers are a thing I don’t think they are up to the stress in the long run.
  18. Buy a new buffer, that one is no good. Check your spring and extension while you are at it.
  19. Anyone want to take a Venmo and PayPal Larry for me? I don’t PayPal cause mine was hacked twice so I dropped it
  20. The Association is devastated by the line of duty death of our member Trooper Tamar Bucci. Our thoughts this morning are with her family and our members as we process this tragic and senseless loss of life. It’s never easy when one of our members is taken from us, and it yet again reminds us of the dangers we face every day while in service to the Commonwealth. Trooper Bucci is not just a coworker to us; she is our sister, and we are heartbroken by this devastating loss to our membership. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of those who came to her aid including the good Samaritans that were first on scene. We ask for everyone to keep her family and our members in their thoughts and prayers during this immensely difficult time. We lost a good Trooper and I lost a friend. Hurts. Better be a plan here boys or I’ll be pissed.
  21. Larry, I’m in, do you have Venmo?
  22. To solve your issues we need some measurements. The M5 buffer kit has been found to be incorrect. The buffer should weigh 5.4 ounces. From the we need a measurement on the internal depth of the tube, length of the buffer, and length of the spring. Lastly details on your barrel, more specifically the gas port diameter and journal. These measurements will help us diagnose your issues and get your rifle running with any ammo.
  23. Did you check the barrel nut to see if it was tight? What mount are you using? Factory ammo is a good start and I agree with Matt that bagged is better than bipod to measure groupings if that’s what you’re looking for. Off the bipod can cause numerous variables if you aren’t 100% consistent. Sled is best. Suppressor should only change poi but I wouldn’t think it would cause grouping issues unless it’s improperly mounted.
  24. This. @JVldz12, did you build it? Buy someone else’s ? Start a thread, give us all the details!
  25. No need. Standard gas block for the win. If you shoot suppressed then I’d say different story
