That’s probably from the extractor. Lube her well and shoot more rounds. Let’s see s know if it’s the same after 100 plus but more appropriately 200 plus. Lots of metal that needs proper break in on these. Tight isn’t necessarily bad, just new.

First, the AR10 receiver extension and PROPER spring and buffer will work fine. My guess is the spring is incorrect as is the buffer. Nothing new there from PSA. Your buffer should weigh 5.4 oz. Your spring should be 13.75” relaxed with 34 coils. And for the cherry on top.... your receiver extension is 1/8 too long and PSA is still fucking that up too. Want it fixed for around $50? Buy the complete kit from Armalite.
