  1. Posted THAT SCHIT ^^^ in the wrong place... <lmao>
  2. Shib, where'd your link go, brother? Your store site? It was up here a few days ago... <dontknow> I knew I shoulda saved that.
  3. Well, Son of a bitch. I don't know what I did, but I upped the ante again! Lemme go see what I don't remember here... <lmao> EDIT - Ooooh! I don't wanna talk about it - I remember know...
  4. I'll be damned - a Calico Pig. I never knew they made them in that flavor...
  5. I got this one... <lmao>
  6. Save that Barnes ammo, if you can. If you hunt, use that ammo. Those are the TTSX projectiles. <thumbsup>
  7. Nothing good can come of this... <lmao>
  8. But, TWICE THE BEAST!!! :happydrunks:
  9. I'm in this one late, but there some info that everyone can use: Rifle receiver extensions are all the same between all platforms (AR-15, .308AR, A1, A2). Extra parts convert the A1 config to the A2 config. MagPul PRS stocks use the A1 extension. Rifle buffers are not the same for AR-15 and .308 ARs. There's a difference in buffer length. .308 AR rifle buffers are shorter, due to the carriers being longer. Carbine Receiver Extensions come in two lengths. AR-15 stuff has a 7" internal depth, while Armalite AR-10 (.308) are 7 5/8" internal depth. The VLTOR A5 recoil system uses a carbine receiver extension that matches the Armalite .308 length. AR-15 Carbine Receiver Extensions come in two diameters: 1.14" for mil-spec size, and 1.17" for commercial size. What collapsible buttstock you run must match your AR-15 carbine receiver extension. Carbine buffers are not the same for AR-15 and .308 ARs. The .308s use a shorter buffer to make up for the longer BCG length of the .308, and still fit that stuff into a buffer that's 7" internal depth. ^^^Well, now, except for Armalite. Their .308 Carbine Receiver extensions are longer, so they can use regular old AR-15 carbine (heavy) buffers in them. They use AR-15 H3-weighted buffers in them. There is the difference. Run any old AR-15 carbine receiver extension on your .308, but make sure you're using the shorter .308 AR buffer. Unless you run an Armalite (or the same-size VLTOR A5) receiver extension - then you run AR-15 carbine buffers in your .308 AR, but make sure they're H3 weighted, at a minimum.
  10. Fuk, those are great mags, brother. You'll love 'em. <thumbsup>
  11. I know I've stated this before - I'm a big fan of face shooting. It doesn't matter if it's man or beast, you shoot it in the face and it's gonna reconsider messing with you.
  12. NAILED IT!!! "GET BACK IN YOUR BOX!!!"
  13. Bastards... :fawkdance:
  14. I'm only sitting at 7 right now. Been laid back for a little while... <lmao>
  15. I passed the info to the guy at work - he needs to pony up and buy the damn thing already. He's moving slow in this one... As soon as he gets it, I'll do the work.
  16. I doubt it - she'd throw the locks and leave them in there.
  17. No, brother - I'm talking about the application gun, that squirts and mixes that QS50... <lmao>
  18. That Ridgid box I linked is $245 right now, regularly $289. Ask home depot for a MIL discount. Gain another 10%. I can fit two 18-year old boys in mine, if I stomp 'em down. One fits in there with room to move around... <lmao>
  19. If you're hungry enough, anything is edible... <lmao> Check it, brother... http://www.cajuncookingrecipes.com/wildgamerecipes/wild_game_recipes_beaver_recipes.htm
  20. Unpossible.
  21. For an epoxy, try this $hit. You can't break it with a hammer. You squirt it around a bolt, and you can thread the bolt out - and still can't break it with a hammer. When I need to attach something, forever, I use this stuff. It takes an expensive gun, though...
  22. Just store your ammo in the bottom of it - that adds alot of weight, FAST. Everything secured in one location. Chain it off after that, and it's one of those targets that they'll pass up to move on to other, easier things.
  23. Y'all thought I was kidding about this stuff, didn't ya? See some recent news: http://www.foxnews.com/science/2014/06/17/beaver-viciously-attacks-kayaker/?intcmp=obnetwork Not gonna happen to me. Not ever. :bat: :yup: "It's absolutely first of a kind," says the paddling center's owner, adding that "the beaver was upset for some reason, we don't know." Ah, no it's not, buddy. Not the "first of it's kind." You need to hang out with me for some time... I KNOW why the beaver was upset - because that's the way they are, and they'll try to kill you if they have the chance...
  24. I'm 100% with him on this. Here's a badass one, and it's on sale for $245 from your local Home Depot. They'll even drop it at your house. http://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-48-in-x-24-in-Storage-Chest-2048-OS/100130283?N=5yc1vZc27g When it's locked, no tweakers are getting into it. It weighs 149lbs by itself, so there aren't any 3 tweakers that are gonna carry it off - empty. Load it up with weights, and guns, lock it up, rest easy. <thumbsup> They make a 60" one that's on sale now, too. It weighs 225 empty...
