  1. ...And more pins and a mag release button... <thumbsup>
  2. Was it converted? To the newer sight system?
  3. With my frustration over cutting out military primer crimps, I picked up this little beast today. PRIMER POCKET SWAGER TOOL-2 Just tested out 100 pieces of unfinished 300BLK brass with it - I should have been doing this the whole time. It does a great job, and it's FAST compared to cutting.
  4. For the most part, we disappointed you. With real information, this time... <lmao>
  5. I got those 110 new pieces of 300BLK brass trimmed to 1.363", and cut out the primer swages. Lake City brass is the hardest $hit to cut out, too. Got them all tumbled again and just finished priming them. Gonna go load them up in a few. Using 16.1gr H110 with Hornady 150-gr SSTs on top this time.
  6. Damn good info, and Welcome Aboard, Moe! <thumbsup>
  7. So, basically, you didn't know what you were talking about, but you just felt that you had to say something... <dontknow>

    Grilling

Good. Bring her in. I need someone here that's in the same boat as me... <lmao>
  9. I'm not the one looking for it - you are. I hope you didn't forget or miss that - that you are the one that brought decibel testing into this conversation...
  10. The original Mega Monolithic wasn't that popular with the tubegun/spacegun folks - just wondering why you think this one would be?
  11. Then, why don't you drive out to NorCal and assist/supervise the operation?
  12. Wouldn't really matter if the meter is good at measuring transient sounds or not - as long as the same meter was used on all the devices.
  13. I can just unmount the one on my 300BLK. Dawn Marie's is pinned. The other one is on the Ruger GSR, and it's a bitch taking that thing out of the stock and putting it in a vise. My 300BLK will get stripped. <thumbsup>
  14. Go to Basic Training, and you'll get more than you ever wanted to know. You don't swing it like a club.
  15. There's a few of us here that know the true form of bayonet fighting. Nothing beats the buttstroke/slash of a good rifle! "BUTTSTROKE SERIES TO THE HEAAAAAAAAD!!! EXECUTE!!!"
  16. Load it and shoot it - next time you pull the trigger on it, it will fire-form to the chamber anyway. Blow that dent right out. It's hitting the brass deflector, and it's normal.
  17. M118LR is loaded the same as other loads - not sure what's going on with your barrel, there. M118LR is still loaded to max mag length.
  18. Ever since the Troy Battle Axe came out, I've wanted to smash someone in the head with it to test it out. It's ugly, but I bet you could really crush someone with it. That's another alternative.
  19. Nope. 1 is pinned and the other 2 are mounted. I can grab another one to send - I'm sure I'll use it sometime. When's the cutoff for this? When it the shoot/filming happening?
  20. Damn, that's a great looking rifle! <thumbsup>
  21. Don't ever carry magazines that hold more than 10 rounds INTO California. I won't even take the XD to California. I will only take a Kimber with 8-round mag, plus spare 10-round mags.
  22. The thread you linked started in April 2013 - right when the panic was in full-throttle mode. That thread basically details info all the way through December 2013, with few comments after that. Through December 2013, you still couldn't find many parts. So, in a nutshell, you're pointing out a thread for us to read, so we can make an informed decision. Informed decision about what?... That Ares Armor was hit by the panic pretty hard, just like every other company was hit hard? I don't understand your point in posting that.
  23. Pretty minimal reason to leave a site, due to copy/paste issues. Sorry to see you go, man.
  24. The Aadland is an incredibly nice mount, and is built like a tank.
