  1. I need that as a job...
  2. That's right, brother!
  3. Gun list: AR45 Rem 700 AAC SD Ruger GSR Moss MVP .308AR (gotta go, on this trip, I'm just sayin'...) 5.56 rifle, 14.5", with the S3G trigger - fastest gun I've got, and I'm bringing the shot timer... Springfield .45s for pistols. Dos.
  4. We need video proof... <laughs> <lmao>

    Finally!

Taper, taper, taper, Matt - hit that angle right, so the OPS can lines up concentrically. <thumbsup>
  6. Looks like that scope passed the box test with flying colors. Good shootin', man! That woodchuck took an assbeatin', too. Nice. <thumbsup>
  7. I love me some PRI rails. Excellent job, brother. <thumbsup> <thumbsup>
  8. Yep, they'd have to be light bullets, in the 110gr range. My 16" 300BLK barrel is a 1:8 twist.
  9. I think the only day Larry can make it, with Josh, is on Wednesday. Dirk is driving over from SD for a Wednesday shoot. That's what I've got planned - working Thurs~Sun back in Phx. <thumbsup>
  10. I'm bringin' the 930 SPX, that's for damn sure. <thumbsup>

    Sorry Bro

I have ZERO doubt about that... <dontknow> <laughs>
  12. Tactical Tailor 3-point sling, for your setup. No Sheit. Not a bit. You'll thank me later.
  13. That's an A2-length screw, that was shoved through the back of an A1-length system, by the buffer. That's exactly what that is. The difference between the two is 5/8", and that's what I'm seeing shoved out the back of that buttstock. Check the bumper on the end of your buffer - it has a hole in it. Dead center.
  14. I'm an Appleseed Instructor - I highly, highly suggest hitting an Appleseed shoot, very first. You will learn more about your rifle than you want to know - even when it can't do what you want it to do. You will learn a hell of a lot about history, and that's the intent of the program. <thumbsup> http://www.appleseedinfo.org/ Rip it up, brother.
  15. Getting back to this late, but... That's not drop, with a 200 zero - that's RISE. That's why it doesn't seem like much. With a 200 zero, your bullet is RISING through 100, and hitting 200. It's dropping after that, down to 300, 400, 500, etc...
  16. Understood. However, Fire + Beer + Friends = sheit like this, and it's a damn HOOT! :hethan: <laughs> <lmao>
  17. Caveat - in your current profession... you'd have little use for it. It would still work wonders, if you were clearing your house or property. Or killing piggies, or hunting, etc. It hasn't been eclipsed by technology, by any means, and it still a very, very effective tool. <thumbsup>
  18. ^^^ I really, really like George. I did the same damn thing, but I couldn't take more than 15 months in that sheithole. I'd had enough, and left. Back to AZ. <thumbsup>
  19. You have a BCM charging handle - you can access that charging handle with the mount installed the right way. Try it. All you lose is some range time to re-zero. Geissele Hi-Speed DMR trigger. It might not make sense now, but it'll make sense once you install it and shoot it. Especially for your primary purpose...
  20. ^^^ Definitely the first things to look at. When you can, get the details of those two inspections in here. Buffer info, spring info, receiver extension info.

    Sorry Bro

Mag release was good from the factory, on mine. It didn't last long, and was replaced by that PRP extended release, though. THAT one was a little sticky at first, but broke in very, very quickly. For break in - I just took mine out and put two boxes of ammo through it. It loosened up nicely. I'd consider it broken in at this point, for sure. I'll run two more boxes through it tomorrow, and get more feedback up. I need to deal with that 25 yard target again... <thumbsup>
  22. ALOT...
  23. Used to mount the PVS-14s on everything. We ran them as a monocular on a head-rig, rifle mounted, on the 240s, anything we could have the unit armorers mount a piece of pic rail to and still get a good sighting setup. Those were the military issued PVS-14s, not the cheaper versions. Which brings up a great point. There's lots of companies that make a "PVS-14," and you'll see alot of different prices. The really expensive ones are the real deal, there are only a small/few companies that make them, and will hold up to anything you can throw at them, or mount them to.

    Sorry Bro

Just an update - got all my PRP parts installed. The extended grip safety required minor fitting, to operate smoothly (sanded/polished the contact points at the top, and increased spring pressure). Everything works like a damn charm in function testing. Hoping to get out Friday for another couple boxes of ammo. They just got in 6 more of them yesterday, and I almost bought another. Seriously. Still thinking about it.
