  1. Yes, it will work. It's about the only one that will work on a .308 AR. Unless you custom-machined a .308 AR upper, the MagPul BAD lever won't work on them. It's a clearance thing. By now, there might be a billet upper from a manufacturer that has a recess (in the upper) that would allow the BAD lever to work, but I haven't seen any of them yet.
  2. Gotta put up some pics of the 1919, brother! <thumbsup> <munch>
  3. Same exact thing here. However, if you're not "in line" by 0630, you'll never get anything. It's nuts... :cookoo:
  4. I remember either 1999 or 2000, flying from Sea-Tac to Tucson. Spyderco in my pocket. No problem. Go back to Tucson to fly back home to WA, and the assholes wouldn't let me through security with it. Of course, I argued, saying it wasn't a fucking issue for Seattle, when I flew the thing DOWN HERE, and if you have some kind of regulation saying it's illegal, then SHOW ME. They pulled me off to the side, and told me if it wasn't serrated, it wouldn't be a problem, but it is... Take it back to the counter, put it in a labeled box, and have them put it in the checked baggage on the plane. Got my fucking knife home. Communists. My, how times have changed. I still have that knife, too.
  5. Great article, and very valid points made. There are people all around that can contribute many, many things, in all aspects and skill sets. They'll never do it on their own, though, unless led to do it. The Leaders will make that happen. <thumbsup> I've got a couple ARs. They're not all for me. Most of them are for the people that I know I can trust - but don't have one of their own. I'll need them (the people that I can trust), but I'll need them armed, too.
  6. No, that was still your inner voice - we can just read your mind... <dontknow> <laughs>

    Big bore

Oh, we're not done with it yet... <lmao> THIS STORY IS FUCKING AWESOME!!! You GOTTA tell this story, Mike!!! <laughs> <thumbsup> I still need to try to decipher whatever the hell it was that Rob said about me... :o <lmao>

    Tomorrow

    When they've got an injured get-away stick, it's a sure thing... <lmao>
  9. PNW is a Granola Train Wreck, brother. Infected by the spread of kalifornia, years and years ago.

    Big bore

If that giant 1,200lb sumbitch is that stealthy, that I didn't know he was 40 yards away, then I'm probably takin' a HUGE ass-whoopin'... <thumbsup>
  11. Too funny... <laughs> <lmao>
  12. I'm holding out the the 16" AR-10A. <thumbsup> I'm down to 7 gas tube roll pins now... Almost time to reorder. <laughs>
  13. I'm in, brother. Payment on Friday okay? PM inbound. <thumbsup> Drew, Lesson 65b, brother.

    Big bore

I'm talking 5.56 AR15, brother - 14.5" barrel, pinned extended hider/comp, short, manueverable, and still legal without a stamp. This would work:

    Big bore

Just carry 30rd mags loaded with some Mk262, and put in the S3G trigger. Put a whole mag in them before they have the time to roar, bark or fart. <laughs>
  16. Same here - I'll get a 1-6 or 1.5-6 somewhere, but I don't think I'm going to like paying for it... :o

    Big bore

^^^ If you're looking for something like that, you need to get ahold of Marty at Teppo Jutsu. I don't know if he's still making them, but he did. Also, send a PM to member "bigbore" and see if he'll get into this thread - he has several.
  18. This is a damn good video. <thumbsup>
  19. Those monsters are... HUGE. Bigger than the deer they're after, probably. That webpage says they're going after bear now - that's nuts. :o
  20. Hell yeah, brother - I know you. Dare we say, in a biblical sense?... <dontknow> <laughs> <lmao>
  21. I remember you telling that story, and I AM jealous... <thumbsup> ;D
  22. Front resembled the R1, in a way, until you hear it. No R1. I can't see them using a 2008-or-older bike, so there's no way it's R1. The '09-up is definitely a newer beast, and no other company is doing the crossplane crank - they can't. Damn thing just doesn't look like a ZX10, no matter how I try to envision it - I see those things everyday. There's certainly heavy bodywork involved, but damn... I just can't see ZX10. :o
  23. Ima big fan of the 6-tittied hooker - I won't lie. <dontknow> Makes me hornier than a 3-peckered lemur. ;D
  24. Here's exactly what your lower will look like. Won't have the Dane Armory rollmark, but that's the lower that you will get. <thumbsup> Welcome aboard, man.
