Oh, fuk that. I just sent her a text.
  4. I'm still Normal. Been Normal since 2002. It'll probably never change... Fuckers... @DNP...
  5. Well sonofabitch... The math works.
  6. Whoa!Whoa!Whoa! We never talked about INTEREST, brother... But, I guess, there's interest, to be paid. I'll figure out something, to pay off the interest... We used to have a smilie here, waving his ass back and forth - I miss that one...
  7. Especially bolt-gun loads that you shoot in semi's... I've got some bolt gun loads that are fine. In a bolt. If I shoot that shiit through the ARs - I'll have blown up AR guns.
  8. read this thread, to get the scope - of the kinda detail that we need to "diagnose this over the internet..." You stated the buffer weight change - but you never mentioned the receiver extension length, or what specific spring you're using. That's just an example. Same thing with gas system specs. All we know is "rifle gas system on 24" WC barrel." That's it. No reference to what gas tube used, how far it protrudes into the upper, gas port diameter, etc. Check it: After checking that one out, just to kind of understand the level of detail needed - online - to figure out your gun... then read this one: There's alot to shake out here - and WAY MORE information will be needed. P.S. Your .260 Rem load is hot as fuk. Please get me that muzzle velocity.
  9. That's a fuckin' STOUT LOAD for a .260 Rem and RL-22. That thing has to be just screamin'!. Not to mention the extra 4" of dwell time that you have, over what I shoot. What's your muzzle velocity out of that thing?
  10. TOO funny!!!
  11. Lefty, that pistol rack has me inspired... I'm gonna pick up one of those 12-holders and rig it up. That's awesome work, man.
  12. Call my gunpusher, and tell him that you'll pay over the phone, and he'll arrange shipping to your FFL of choice. I just built another 20" .308AR for him last weekend, and still have one more to build... DPMS LR-308 pattern. Tell him Tom told you to call... http://www.arizonalawdawgs.com/index.html EDIT - if you're in a Ban State, don't bother. Some, it's too hard to ship to, others, it's impossible to ship to.

Got an update on those Fedex fukkers. I'll test fire this thing in the next 2 or 3 days, and cook something with it!...
  14. That's correct. Anything that will fit a DPMS LR-308 or the SR-25 will work. Armalite B-model magazines will not work. Oh, you don't have an AR-10, either. Only Armalite makes those, and nobody else, and there ARE design differences between AR-10s, and any of the DPMS and RRA patterned rifles.

Been wanting one of these things for awhile, and we age gonna EAT at the Spring Shoot! Cabela's had this sucker marked down to $119 yesterday... https://www.theorioncooker.com/collections/the-orion-cooker/products/the-orion-convection-cooker
  16. Neither one can be adjusted.
  17. That's a bad dyno session!...
  18. Spring Shoot, sucka!
  19. Oh, I found it last night - and I knew it then.... I was ready for the SS delivery, but I might as well get the big care package in the mail...
  20. Best thing to do is buy the Berger Reloading Manual - trust it's information for it's own projectiles, over every other manual reference out there. The Berger 185gr Juggernaut can be loaded to magazine length, and Federal loads that in a Gold Medal Match loading. I've shot them out of a .308AR, and can tell you they work. I don't think there's any way in the world to make a 155.5gr projectile physically longer than a 185gr projectile, given the same diameter. You just need to find the right load data for that projectile - and that's gonna come from Berger themselves.
  21. Nopem I wouldn't sweat any slamfires. Shouldn't be any problem whatsoever, Out of spec (too long) firing pin is about the only thing that'll cause that in one of these platforms.
  22. That's deep. That's about like this one...
  23. Well, since DMPS is now out of business, I wouldn't trust anybody that's vending a genuine DPMS spring - most vendors don't know what they're talking about anyway, and can't label parts right, or even understand why you cannot use an AR15 carbine spring in a .308AR... Which is exactly why I recommended the Armalite EA1095 spring. There's only one manufacturer, and they've been making that spring to the exact same specs, from the exact same materials, for many decades. It's dependable, it works really, really well, and it's made the same every time, from the same people. Stick with something that is a known, in the equation, instead of something that isn't made anymore, and people don't know how to advertise properly... That's my $0.02.
  24. That's the Tequila, bro. Only leads to 2 things. Wild Jungle Monkey Sex, or someone's getting their ass beat. On rare occasions (and the right chick), it's both...
