I'll help this out some. Clicking the links is a pain. Here's what he ^^^ posted above. The Eagle lower that was a factory built gun - this gun isn't. Almost every ban era gun had that detachable mag (couldn't get around that, then) and the pistol grip (very hard to get around that, then) - hence, any other thing on that list I posted above wasn't allowed - and barrels didn't have threads on the end of them. My point is this, and it's simple - this gun has be re-worked, and probably after the Ban Era sunset. There's no telling what it is, unless you have documented records of every parts change (that had to occur) after the 2004 sunset.

Scary times, brother - very scary. Just like here, they prey on "feelings," and try to get a political move made during that "emotional" timeframe. Exact same thing that happened to New Zealand. "Feelings and emotions." I hope Trudeau doesn't take this bite of that giant shiit sandwich.

There aren't any adjustments to make on an AR barrel extension. Zero "adjustment." Rifled barrel blank gets the extension torqued onto the barrel end at 175lb/ft, and that's the first step of the barrel build. Everything else comes after that. Once the extension is on there, then the other steps can begin.

Clinton AWB Ban Era for the lower, so it was probably built, not bought as a whole gun, factory rifle. 1994~2004, Brady Bill on handguns started a year earlier. Clinton AWB was rough. Everything had a detachable magazine, because that's what all ARs had then. Everything had a pistol grip, because that's what all ARs had then. If you had a detachable mag, then you COULD NOT HAVE TWO of these features, or it was an "Assault Weapon." Pistol Grip - again, all ARs had them. Folding or telescoping stock. Bayonet mount. Flash hider OR threaded barrel designed to accommodate one. Grenade Launcher. Since all ARs had detachable mags, and pistol grips, everything else was not legal. No threaded barrels were sold, no M16 (or variant) front sight bases were sold with bayonet mounts on them, and there were zero collapsible stocks - the Carbine stocks were gone for Ban-Era guns. Oh, and those pesky Grenade Launchers. So, you have a threaded barrel with a pinned muzzle device, you have a collapsible (MagPul) stock on a carbine recoil system, and it's hard to tell from the only full-rifle pic you provided if you have a bayonet lug (that light is in the way, the way it mounts). Chances are very, very high - that this isn't a factory-built rifle, not from that timeframe. Pretty good reason why the Armalite guy can't find all the details on that specific serial number, too.

DAMNIT!!! You're faster than me!!!

That indeed happened. Check it out - Trudeau calling for a complete ban on "Assault Weapons" - for real: https://www.foxnews.com/world/trudeau-ban-on-assault-style-weapons-shooting-death-toll-rises

I've posted it here before, but I have no idea what topic it's in. There is a minimal, regular velocity drop, per inch, down to 11.5" 5.56 barrels. When you drop one more inch, down to 10.5", there's a significant drop in velocity. 11.5" is the lowest I said I'd ever do - but then I built a 7.5".

Call him back and ask him what barrel you had installed, per serial number. They're pretty consistent about where they mark their barrels. @mrraley, and input on this one, brother?
-
Did you see any markings at all on it, when you had it apart for the rail install?...
-
Kinda - the fish really are there, but you really need to focus to find them... So many distractions there, in that video... Prime example of what I'm talking about, brother...
-
I thought I was gonna need to drive over there, and get you to check my eyeballs, those first 3 times. It was pretty scary. Then, I saw them...
-
2 trigger fish, lobsters and conch. Don't worry, Eye Doc - that you didn't see them... I had to watch it 4 times to see the fish...
-
If it's a National Match model, that's gonna be marked on their barrel with a "NM" in the barrel specs. Here's an example of the Armalite barrel markings for that: That should be visible without taking anything apart - it's in front of the gas block.
-
I'll bet it is, with that barrel. What a great score. For the upper, try calling Armalite, and talking to them. LOCAL: 623-780-1050 TOLL FREE: 800-336-0184 Hours of Operation: M-F 7am – 4pm MST

Yep, how to catch, clean and cook lobster and conch. Oh, and trigger fish. I've never seen a tutorial on the subject, here. I found it highly valuable information, and wanted to make sure I passed it on to you guys. Enjoy.

Same with the M&P 10. Of what the guy listed, I'd buy that Springfield.

In the last year-ish, I've converted over ALL of my powertools to Milwaukee. 5yr warranty on the tool, 3yr wtty on the batteries. I beat the shiit out of these things daily. Haven't broke a tool yet, but have one battery in for wtty right now. It'll just get replaced. I took all my Matco power tools home, after 10 years on those things. I streamlined my tool line, and have ONE rapid-charger in my charge drawer in the box, that charges all my tools/batteries, both 12v and 18v. Drill, Impacts, screw guns, soldering iron, blower, electric ratchets - all of them. The Milwaukee stuff these days is pretty badass, and there is no better warranty.

Appleseed - goes into great details on this. All the events of that day and days later, and all the event that led up to the tensions that started it all. You learn a great amount of history of this country at one of those shoots, as well as how to be a much better marksman.

When my measly 1200 hits, I'm giving it to St Mary's Food Bank in Phx. I don't want a handout, and since it's not a choice to take it, I'll give it to the place that needs it. Next year, I'll write that fucker off as a donation to a food bank, too. That's one way to honestly get my money, and fuk some Handout-Dems in the process.

Glass Half Full? That means you're optimistic, and know you can make it through anything. I'm with you, brother. Glass Half Empty - if that's who you are, you're always bitching, whining, crying, and seeing the negative in everything. Nothing is ever good enough for you. You'd find the dark side from finding a pot of fucking gold. I'm with you, Rene.

This is actually a savior for many larger "gun dealerships." The bigger companies went ALL IN before the 2016 Election, when all the "models and polls and graphs" stated that Hittlery was gonna be US Prez. SO MANY companies went very deep, million(s)-dollars-credit-lines, bought everything they could - and the plan was... "This is IT, men. It's our LAST Shebang. She will ban EVERYTHING. We buy it all NOW, and sell it SUPER HIGH LIKE CTD when it all comes crashing down, and Clinton AWB #2 hits!!!. Our business is OVER after that, and you'll get good severance checks..." But... Hittlery LOST. TRUMP WON. There was no 2016 Election GunPocolypse, or Gun Ban (a'la Clinton AWB #2)... And all those dealers, with that GIANT extended credit line, and ALL those massive pallets of product - have to make that monthly payment on that shiit... BAM! Prices hit rock bottom. Lowers were never cheaper, parts kits, barrels, etc. CHEAP. Know why? "We have to blow it out at almost-cost, guys, because that balloon payment on that huge-ass credit line that we took is due IN THREE DAYS! SELL AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!" For real. That went down, and we're still feeling it, as gun-BUYERS. There's so much over-stock on parts... well, there WAS so much over-stock on parts BEFORE the COVID hit... This virus has saved some asses in this industry. Big Time.

COVID version. RECOIL put this out, talking with industry insiders. Can't link the vid direct, but this link should take you to the vid. Very little - not like you would from a suppressor. It let's it all out, but the BARK! just goes forward.

Damn, that's a short Dwell Time. 0.750" journal, right? But again, that's a short Pistol Gas System. I'll dig in to the numbers, and if I can't find anything, I'll take my 7.5" apart and see what it is.
