Damn, I swear I put this response in there last night... If you're putting on a PIcatinny rail, then any modern rings will work. The brands don't necessarily have to match. That Bobro will have the scope too high over the bore centerline - keep it as low as you can get.

Me too - I pretty pissed off that my warnings haven't migrated. For the record, I've got 10,606.890 warnings. Most of those are from dealing with complete shiitheads, giving them the business, and are warranted. 7 of them are from me just losing my shiit for no reason.

Pick up a 10-rd mag and prove it. You might be shocked at your performance. Doubt it all you want - but put up pics of that. You'll see how you and your rig stack up, hunting rig, hunter, or not.

Shoot that same rifle at 5 and 10-rd groups, and you'll get a better understanding at what it - and you - can do. With practice, your 5-groups will be good, and your 10-groups will be larger. That's a combination of you AND the rifle. Your 5 and 10 groups won't be 0.18", though.
