Stay away from FleaBay for firearms parts. You probably bought some airsoft-grade junk. Why do people not learn this? Buy your firearms parts from a reputable firearms, or firearms parts vendor. Pay what they cost. Those parts will work. If, by some chance they don't work, that reputable vendor will take care of you. FleaBay won't take care of you. I'm off my rant now, until the next time someone brings up a topic that their parts "that are the same as xxx brand, except for the logo" don't work like they're supposed to.

I'll get pics up here. I have several different medical kits, of various sizes, and purposes. Long story short, there are two things you need to be able to handle - bleeding, and airway management. Everything else can wait, but those two things can't wait.

^^^ That's from an older version of the Hornady manual, but the data is still good. 9th Edition as 3 more powders listed, but it's the same info for what you have there. The higher you go in bullet weight, the lower your powder charge is. Is taht what you're talking about? Low charge weight based on bullet weight?

The 190-grain projectile info gives: 1200fps charge weight is 12.9gr and the 1300fps charge weight is 14.0gr. It makes sense for 1050fps at the lower 11.2~11.3gr charge weight... Does the powder look like 1680?

Very, very, very tight chamber - or some bad reloads with a compressed shoulder. What barrel are you using, and what ammo are you using?

They're pretty much GEN I and GEN II rifles. I don't think the lowers are the same...

Those SWFA fixed power scopes get great reviews all over the place. I don't think I've ever stumbled upon a bad review of them.
