good red dot scope 1x4or 6 under $350

 Interested in input on a scope that can double as a red dot.  I was thinking something of a 1x4 or a 1x6 scope with a lit reticle that could be seen in daylight at around a $350 price cap. Any suggestions would be nice.

I've got the Millet DMS 1-4x on my 308. Haven't got a ton of use, but I like it so far. Got it on a good sale from primary arms last year.

I purchased a Leapers UTG 1X4.5 at the show where I bought my AR a couple of weeks ago for about $150.00.  I have only shot with it once, but it worked very well for the money.  The reviews I read on it were all very positive.

The Millett DMS-1 is a good scope, and under your price range.  I've got 2 of them, and like them.  The reticle is pretty damn good, and a circle-dot setup.  The center dot is 1MOA.  Washes out in bright daylight, but you still have the circle-dot setup visible in black.  I wrote the first one up here when I got it, sometime in summer 2010.  That thread is somewhere here.
