Boog Posted May 21, 2016 Report Posted May 21, 2016 i thought a death pool was to bet on who is next, not just a tally of who has gone. I think either Bret Michaels (heart problems/stroke) or Michael J Fox (Parkinson's) are coming up on the list. I think Michael will go first. Not wishing for it mind you, just a pool...
blue109 Posted May 21, 2016 Report Posted May 21, 2016 (edited) Death pool? That's what I call that green swampy thing behind my house that nobody in my family uses, but won't let me turn it into an awesome koi pond. Edited May 21, 2016 by blue109

With sub-freezing winter temperatures, those expensive fish would be dead. My buddy had a salt water aquarium with some beautiful tropical fish. That thing was heated. His heater went out once and he was in full panick mode. 9 hours ago, MikedaddyH said: Mosquito pond !♻?? That's what mosquito fish eat! I say for the next get together we meet up at blue's house for fishing!

shepp Posted June 4, 2016 Report Posted June 4, 2016 Add the great one Mohammed Ali. Just got woke up and got in Instagram and literally every fighter and sports figure I follow has something posted....
MikedaddyH Posted June 4, 2016 Author Report Posted June 4, 2016 I met his daughter several years ago at St.Joseph Hospital and talked with her about her dad. Ali was the greatest !
Boog Posted June 4, 2016 Report Posted June 4, 2016 Me and the family just missed him at his museum when I visited my son (Cav Scout AIT at ft Knox). If you ever get to Louisville, I recommend a tour to learn more about the man. I did not know much it turns out until we walked the halls.
jtallen83 Posted June 4, 2016 Report Posted June 4, 2016 It might be in poor taste but I feel the need to mention Cashus was a convicted draft dodging mooselimb and left wing sympathizer not to mention a loud mouth braggart. Doubt that will be in his eulogy though......... a true American hero????????
Sisco Posted June 4, 2016 Report Posted June 4, 2016 Back in the 60's I had a friend from Iran (pre Ayatollah) who had won a Silver medal wrestling in the 1964 Olympics. He had a picture of him and then Cassius Clay taken after they had gotten their medals at the awards ceremony. Said he was totally different when there were no cameras around. Smart, soft spoken, easy to talk to.
