Another piece of the totalitarian puzzle, in conjunction with the internet give-a-way (how do you communicate to Phoenix from Boston your firearms are being confiscated, with internet and cell coms down?) and the FBI/NICS "Oops, were we keeping purchasers' information against the law?"
