Three hundred and fifty eight thousandths x 180 grains of shut the fuq up, hurled at about 2500-2600 FPS, packed into an AR15. Dis gone be fun!! I've started to compile parts and rummage through my gun box. I was surprised to find just how much spare shyt I had already. So far we got: Aero Precision M4E1 upper and lower, Brigand 9" Blade (yeah I know), Ace ARFX stock (pulled from the PA10, PA10 will be getting a Magpul fixed rifle stock). Still to come: LaRue MBT-2S, PRI 6.8 mags, and an Armaspec SRS. I got a good bit of LC brass that'll need trimming and forming. I contacted the fella who sells the 358 kits and he says they should have more at the "end of winter". Now we wait. I'll keep ya'll posted. I gotta say, these M4E1's are a great buy. Very nice set. As if I need another rifle to swat deer at the 50 yards or less range we get shots at around here. But it would still be fun and I have an almost unlimited supply of 308 cases to play with. And you fire this from a 5.56-based gun. I'm all over this... How the hell do we get a bolt strong enough, in a 5.56 gun, that will support a .308 case?!... At this point, I don't care, I just want to build one, and make a Super 300BLK out of the damn thing... 500 Blackout is coming, too. Just so you guys know. It's a reality. It's a done deal. I'm just sayin'...
