Sure, the Brits had the genius idea to put the Merlin in it, but then Packard in typical American fashion told them "hold my beer!", and the rest as they say, is history. :thumbup:

The North American P-51D Mustang is away and by far the sexiest aircraft ever built in the history of mankind
