Lobo
I’m trying to install a BCM Gunfighter comp on an Aero AR-10. I got a new crush washer and started to install the comp but my barrel wrench is too fat. I was told I need a “thin” barrel wrench. Which one do I get? I don’t want to order a wrench only to find it won’t work. The reason for the thinner wrench is because the outside diameter of the crush washer is more than that of the comp. Rsquared
A regular open end wrench won't work? That's usually what I use on muzzle devices.
Armed Eye Doc
I have been known to use a crescent wrench.

98Z5V
I have been known to "thin a wrench down" on the grinder, to make it thinner, to handle these tasks. I don't care if it fuks up the wrench, just get another. Make it thin - put the sides in a grinder. Or get a cheap wrench and grind it down. Problem solved.
