BLKSHEEP Posted April 14, 2012 Report Posted April 14, 2012 <lmao> Sorry bro, I know exactly how you feel >:D :bat:
Jgun Posted April 14, 2012 Report Posted April 14, 2012 WOW 40lbs! I'm thinking that you'll be able to just pull the trigger on this one without even having to brace it against your shoulder. at that weight it probably won't move much under recoil (what recoil ?) And you can forget about hollywood using it, I doubt most of the actors would be up to the task of weilding a 40lb gun for very long. If you've got a match quality gun under that housing I'm thinking your going to be getting some good groups with something as stable as that.

Once we can confirm what we need, we will then start pulling duty on a Frakengun underneath and slowly piece together some world class guts.DPMS has a .338 version we have been eyeballing lately.... ;D
Guest LLArms Posted April 14, 2012 Report Posted April 14, 2012 You are such a jerk... :PI'm going to find a way on Monday evening to get the website owner to make it so EVERYONE can see images in the post but YOU. :fawkdance:

MikedaddyH Posted April 15, 2012 Report Posted April 15, 2012 I personally would use some one else's barrel ., but the cal. is interesting. This would be the 338 Federal , I have seen one but didn't get to molest it with my dirty little fingers !
Guest LLArms Posted April 15, 2012 Report Posted April 15, 2012 Its all about cost factors in the R&D stage.I see the finished unit sporting higher spectrum parts like MA-TEN receivers, custom barrel, etc. etc. We've got a special stash of budget that is strictly for outfitting the final unit. :loser:
Guest LLArms Posted April 16, 2012 Report Posted April 16, 2012 If anyone gets a free moment to head over to our website. I'm trying out a new design and just looking for any feedback you might have. I can't ever seem to settle on a layout or content. Drives me nuts... :hunter:
Madhouse Posted April 16, 2012 Report Posted April 16, 2012 Looks good, I like the layout. Content is a little sparse, but that will come with time.
Guest LLArms Posted April 16, 2012 Report Posted April 16, 2012 Wife just left me a voice mail... Do I sacrifice my one hour lunch to run home and tear into the package, or wait till after work and enjoy a nice hot wing lunch? <dontknow>

Guest LLArms Posted April 16, 2012 Report Posted April 16, 2012 But... its hot wings... and I did not eat breakfast...Oh god, why me - why do I always have to make these choices.KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!
Guest LLArms Posted April 16, 2012 Report Posted April 16, 2012 You didn't go, did you?Have you no faith? *cough* *points towards the top*Yea, this thing has officially reached 40lbs is my guess without any of the guts.

imschur Posted April 16, 2012 Report Posted April 16, 2012 Omg I did post some! its in the OP! :o <laughs> proof that you went home silly <laughs>
Guest LLArms Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Ok posted pics in the OP with the side mount setup. What do you guys think? Lower center of gravity is better right?
edgecrusher Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Not sure if a lower c.o.g. matters, but it looks like the wider foot print will offer more stability
