EasyEJL Posted February 1, 2013 Report Posted February 1, 2013 I've got a stripped lower and was wondering if there is any noticeable difference between the CMMG one stage trigger in their parts kit and the DPMS standard on with their parts kit. The CMMG costs $15-20 more, but I did find a place that has them in stock.
unforgiven Posted February 1, 2013 Report Posted February 1, 2013 Got this http://www.whiteoakarmament.com/xcart/product.php?productid=17873&cat=283&page=1 setup from Palmetto but if you can find this IMO good value for money
rck Posted April 1, 2015 Report Posted April 1, 2015 CMMG is better ... their enhanced trigger nice ..... the worst trigger in any gun I own is a DPMS in their AR 10 platform , one with a solid trigger bow . Long rusty files rubbing together .... Do NOT have any OLD milt. surplus rifles ( have many types ) that have a trigger that horrible .
Robocop1051 Posted April 1, 2015 Report Posted April 1, 2015 robo....bring the memes! I don't know what you're talking about....
98Z5V Posted April 2, 2015 Report Posted April 2, 2015 NOW you went and did it, Shib!... <lmao> IMHO, they're both stock triggers that are SUPPOSED to be mil-spec patterned. Lots to be desired in that trigger system. it wouldn't matter if one brand felt smoother in your rifle than the other, because someone else could buy those same two brands and find the opposite result. Because? They are both mass-produced, made from a minimum standard on materials, and produced in mass quantity with machine bits that wear - thus you won't wind up with two that are exactly, in every dimension, the complete same. In a nutshell, they suck. They have their battlefield place, but they suck.
blue109 Posted April 2, 2015 Report Posted April 2, 2015 it's like zombie threadpocalypse in here lately.
98Z5V Posted April 2, 2015 Report Posted April 2, 2015 This isn't bad - it's only TWO YEARS old. Some of these 4-year old threads are getting to me, though... People need to READ what they are responding to...
98Z5V Posted April 2, 2015 Report Posted April 2, 2015 Oh, you'll find something, Chase, and it'll be FIVE years old. You'll get all giggitty and respond to it, in a fret. At that point, I will club you like a baby seal. :bat:

shibiwan Posted April 2, 2015 Report Posted April 2, 2015 (edited) it's like zombie threadpocalypse in here lately. Well, everyone's waiting for season 6 of TWD. Might as well create more zombies to fill in the time in between. Edited April 2, 2015 by shibiwan
blue109 Posted April 2, 2015 Report Posted April 2, 2015 I thought that show ended? I have no TV. I'm out of the loop.
