privatly owned harrier this was the only "modern military jet" there, if the squester bullpoopy is still going on next year i prolly wont be going. but word is blue angels and thunderbirds were given the go in Oct.

Heard yesterday that the Blue Angles got defunded and are grounded !

They've been grounded all year, along with the thunder birds. It's all due to the sequester, also active military jets at air shows

You sure that 3rd pic isn't a B-17, with those mains in the nacelles?

Your correct I compared it to a picture I previously took, FIFI was there tho only a cool 489$ for a 30 min ride

Great pics. I've never actually gone to a show but would like to.

If you like modern active military jets I'd wait till the sequester bs is over. I wanna go to Dayton some day. Chicago and Milwaukee are both supposed to have cool shows over the lake
