unforgiven Posted September 2, 2013 Report Posted September 2, 2013 Blowin through all those itersections is hairy.I see stupid people all the time that don't pull over for emergency vehicals.Glad officer was able to safely resolve the problem.
planeflyer21 Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 Glad they got the asshat. Was on my Beemer one day, squad car was lights and sirens trying to get through the intersection with the light red our direction of travel. Plenty of yuppies kept on going, finally one was like "Fine I'll stop," but the yuppie behind him in the BMW kept going. SLAM!! Cop got a satisfied grin and kept going to the call.
shepp Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 Can't say why would you run cuz yea back in my dumber days on a bike I twisted the grip. But wtf would you think your civic could out run a bike?!?
Robocop1051 Posted September 3, 2013 Author Report Posted September 3, 2013 That's the BMW 1200, a decent bike but a complete slug. We ride Honda ST1300's. We almost went with the Kawasaki Concourse 1400, but they were too wide and suicidal fast. The ST is rediculous fast already, and kills most things on the road. Speed is just an extra perk though. I mainly rely on my ability to ride vs their quickly dissolving luck.... Some of you already saw the pictures :)

Robocop1051 Posted September 3, 2013 Author Report Posted September 3, 2013 Yeah, I was yelling at the computer, "drag that fukin knee you sissy!!" I give him credit though. He cleared those intersections really well and played a safe cat and mouse game. Personally I wouldn't have gotten off my bike at the end. Stay on until you can't keep going. I'd like to know more about the back story on the call. WTF were all those plain clothes guys doing there??? I can understand one, MAYBE two, but I've never seen that many respond... Unless there's an open bar!
planeflyer21 Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 Personally I wouldn't have gotten off my bike at the end. Stay on until you can't keep going. It took me a good 5 seconds before I realized he was off and running. <laughs> That terrain looked plenty rideable.
DNP Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 Same....I thought damn....he's still on the bike! Nope...running. Never saw him get off.
shepp Posted September 3, 2013 Report Posted September 3, 2013 Yeah, I was yelling at the computer, "drag that fukin knee you sissy!!" r! Haha I was too specially getting on the four lane on ramp tuck and click gears!!!
98Z5V Posted September 4, 2013 Report Posted September 4, 2013 The ST is rediculous fast already, and kills most things on the road. Bullschit. From my perspective anyway. You know my perspective... C:-)
edgecrusher Posted September 4, 2013 Report Posted September 4, 2013 He can't help it, it's cop fast, not fast as we know it.
Robocop1051 Posted September 4, 2013 Author Report Posted September 4, 2013 I wrote "most things"... That excludes crazy bastards with custom built widow-makers.
edgecrusher Posted September 4, 2013 Report Posted September 4, 2013 But those are the best kind!!!!!
shibiwan Posted September 4, 2013 Report Posted September 4, 2013 Nice vid... trying to outrun the cops in a Mazda. LOL
