  1. @mrraley will likely know the answer.
  2. I stand corrected Mr. Badass. You have grass for a month in tne spring before it turns into tinder for the summer. I didn't mean to disparage Mr. Someone painting in the corner. Well actually, I did mean it. At least that's what the whiskey told me to say.
  3. Where in that desert that you call a yard do you have grass? I only remember rocks and cactus. And someone painting handguards in the corner.
  4. Do you really need a spiral flute? That seems kind of specific. Are you looking to reduce weight? Is there a reason that flame fluting would not work?
  5. I've got more time than you right now brother.
  6. It was great to talk to you after I had to pee.
  7. I saw Black Hawk Down was on TV. I couldn't watch it with commercials, so I pulled out the DVD instead.
  8. Amen! Happy Easter. I'm hurt that I didn't get a call.
  9. He has a lot of videos that are funny like that. But he's worth somewhere around $700 million. So he probably doesn't care much.
  10. As far as BCG, Toolcraft is a good brand that makes many other companies' product. You can check at Armorally.com for these as well.
  11. Here is one place https://www.armorally.com/shop/aero-precision-m5-308-lower-parts-kit-minus-fcg-pistol-grip/
  12. Aero makes a great lower and I would stick with it if you have their upper. It will reduce problems. Are you going with a rifle or carbine stock? This is great and will work if you use a carbine stock. It is out of stock. If you call them, they sometimes can piece one together. https://www.armalite.com/product/ar10rekit01-6-position-receiver-extension-kit/ A great trigger for not too much is the Larue MBT2S. At $80, you can't beat it for the price. https://www.larue.com/products/larue-tactical-mbt-2s-trigger/ I will leave the LPK to others with more experience with them. There are some parts better than others.
  13. What caliber rifle? Can you give a list of the parts you have including brands? What part of Texas? I am south of DFW. By your screen name, I would have thought Louisiana.
  14. First, welcome to the forum. Second, we're going to need more information about you and what type of rifle you are wanting to build. Recommendations are easy, but good information is much harder to give if we don't have anything to go on. For instance, where do you live? A recommendation for someone in Kansas might get you in trouble in California or New York. What caliber rifle? Etc...
  15. Welcome from Texas and thank you for your service.
  16. Well, except that one guy, I won't mention any names though.
  17. WOW! I would sell them at that price too, and I didn't buy any. Then again, it's only worth that if someone buys it.
  18. Here is one for $18. https://www.primaryarms.com/armalite-ar10-rifle-buffer-for-a1-a2-style-fixed-stocks-5-4oz-armea1090
  19. Welcome to the forum Westin. It might be hard to exactly diagnose you issue without having some measurements and/or pictures. Is it a failure to feed the next round or is it a failure to fully eject the spent round?
  20. I think I found the reason for @98Z5V's fear of beavers.
  21. Welcome to the forum
  22. I glad he's still seeing some people. It's good to stay hunkered down at the moment if you don't need to go somewhere.
  23. So it takes food to get you to the forum these days? You do know that social distancing doesn't include online forums, right?
