I may not be your guy then. Texas has little in the way of mountains. It is seldom cool. What mountains there are, are closer to San Diego than the Texas beaches. There are plenty of places for spontaneous vacations though. Sorry for the derail @Electrinkler ... not really, but I thought I should at least say it.

I did no smoking this year. We had a small gathering, Susan, my dad, one brother and me. We bought from a store and only reheated. It was actually pretty good. We did make my mom's chocolate cake for dessert.

I am sure others will come along with their knowledge soon. However, I don't think there should be an upper without feed ramps. Got any pictures of one, or a link to to an example about which you are inquiring?

Bone-in ribeyes. One was 1 inch thick and the other was 1.5 inch thick. Medium to medium rare goodness.

Aero precision with what type lower

I am at a conference in Dallas (🤮). I am staying at the hotel on the 15th floor. I can feel the building move in the wind. It's not a lot, but it is noticable.
