Congrats! Looks like he'll need to start putting aside some allowance....I think a $40/month until he's 9 should work out for a damn fine build! Good lookin boy. Hope everyone is happy and healthy and mom recovers fast!

This guy was getting wheels of it somewhere and then he would cut wedges and smoke em. It was awesome. I may have to track him down. I still know the family, but haven't seen them in years. I will try apple with the block I have right now.

When I was in high school I worked for a custom butcher shop for a bit...and the best thing they had was a smoked habañero cheese. They closed up years ago and I've never found it again. Don't know where he got the blocks, but he smoked em there. Wish I had paid more attention to what was going on back then

I haven't been able to upload photos tonight either. I will try the string cheese. I picked up a block of horseradish cheddar and hot habañero cheddar.

So, I've mentioned my folks like to buy a steer every year? Well the 4-H/FFA auction is coming. Time to clean out the freezer. I loaded up tonight and barely made a dent. Looking forward to some beef. It a shame it's all been flash frozen, but it hung a prime carcass.
