Correct. My wife got hers stolen years ago at a gas station and we had our account frozen for over a month straightening it out. I got her on the system of using a $500 limit card for most everything and we just clear it regular. Have a couple slightly larger limit cards and use accordingly. Anything too major, we roll the dice...but if you want to be safe, you can usually contact your bank and they can give you a temporary number only good for the amount you tell them, to the place you tell them. Extra steps, but if you need to pay for something big and want to stay safe...worth a minute of your time.

Without 98, that guy would have been eaten by the coyotes. I still want to add a back board to the trailer for future emergencies. Would make a guy like that readier to move.

He doesn’t want to carry that much ammo around given the current climate. It’s not safe to carry more than $5k on your person at any time.

Welcome to the club. Many of us don’t know a lot, but the guys who do know seem to make up for that and balance it out. Read through the place some, ask some questions. The guys here can be pretty nice until someone goes full mechanical engineer on them and tries to explain why the processes they know work, are really wrong. Is that the pistol version of a tacticool rifle? I’m pretty sure there’s a few more things we could mount on there. No bipod?
