His comments about his issues had greenhorn written all over them & if you ask me , were treated with respect & knowledgeable answers & solutions ( at least at first ) . Would not the strobe function disorient everyone with there eye's open ? I can see it as a rescue function , not a Tactical one . I guess with practice , you could get used to it , well maybe .

NEF single shot with composite stocks. I know most factory loads are set up light , because of the different rifles chambered for the cartridge. Its why I need to develop my own load of hunting . I have till years gun season to develop one to use .

I have a TM upper on a DPMS lower & the combo works & fits fine . Not sure a Bushmaster will be the same as a DPMS & you are talking about 308AR, correct ? The TM 308 Upper is the DPMS lower rail height & you have to use the TM Pivot & Disassemble pins that come with the TM Upper . The DPMS ones that came with the complete Lower wold not fit .

I agree with the above post , these are minor & the 308AR is not a MilSpec weapon system & some AR 15 parts will not fit all of the different 308 AR's out there . Just the way it is . Protect the Upper Receiver & use a Dremel to cut the end of the spring off flush with the port opening , I personally would remove the spring to do it or see if another spring has less of a tail on it . Most here have to align two springs when we replace the grips , if you want , drill & tap your Lower for a set screw & shorter spring , I'm sure there;s videos on line with the procedure or call /email Areo & they may have the service & i'm sure they will fix the spring also .

I will wait till after the Holidays to order a die set & bullets . I have my eye on 300, 325 & 400 gr. bullets to try out & will post data .I have a box of Remington 300 gr. soft points to play with for brass & get some data from a factory load . They are over 15 years old , box price on them is $ 17.99 .

You said you had a Mill , Contour the back of the sight to the Hand guard radius .

You barrel is broken in , but needs a higher round count to season it , shot more & enjoy . Your Adjustable Objective is used to fine tune focus for range , scope body or knob , should show yardage & they are close , but all eye's are different. Robo is right , if she is ejecting clean , who cares where they land . Will probably change as round count goes up .

E-mail them for better photo's . That one on there sight is too dark & only one side .

He might of done better shooting if he had taken off or flipped the scope covers off , what a dumb a$$ video. Now on building an AR , some people should stay away from building & just keep buying complete rifles .

By standard charging handle , I hope you mean standard 308 charging handle .

Have you checked Head Space ? Is the BCG NIB coated ? Are you sure its the BCG that is hanging up ? What stock are you using & are the proper components installed ( Buffer , spring & receiver extension ) Disassemble Bolt's , extractor & Ejector & clean , lubricate & inspect for freedom of movement of both components .

I tried to order some today & it had no payment methods for my state of Florida . These bullets must qualify as an armor piercing design , I even tried the Aluminum tips . I guess I'll have to call & find out WTF is up.
