My P320C will be back in my hands on the 14 th., according to the Tracking # . I sent it in on Oct. 27th , Sig received it Oct. 31 st. , sent it back two day air , yesterday Nov. 10 th ,so that was a fast turn around time , whats that , two weeks , faster then any other Firearm I have sent in to the manufacturer , which this one makes three .

Due process , OK , I think this is more then enough evidence to say he was mentally unstable & IMO should disqualify him from owning a firearm . There is already due process for committing someone by the authorities ,BAKER ACT , happens all the time in Hospitals , I know because I used to help restrain these crazies , they would tell you they would kill your whole family for touching them . Being committed to a mental facility against his will , should have shown up also , but they probably didn't report that also , HIPPA act may be an issue with reporting that . It should be mandatory that any forced commitment to a mental facility , is subject to the same firearm restrictions as a Domestic conviction .

My Daughter got her Degree's from there , its a good school , she liked it , I was glade when she Graduated , $$ wise . She lives near there now with her Husband & has a great job in the area . I & the Wife , went there many times to check up on her, to see if she needed anything , She had her own car ,so if she really needed anything ( $$ ) she could drive up here , about a 2 1/2 hr. drive . This shooting also did one other thing , deflected all attention from the Vegas shooting . I find that disturbing on a couple levels , notice how fast we knew all about this latest shooter, but still know almost nothing about the Vegas shooter, makes you think that its just possible , that its more then just coincidence , that we don't know anything about a so called Millionaire who committed the largest ( so far ) mass murder in the USA. I think there is much they are not telling us . Of course there seems to be no ties between the two , that we know of or ever will , if there was . This one seems to be a domestic violence hate crime , he did know at least one or more people there . Even if the AF shared the domestic violence conviction & Bad Conduct Discharge , he would have found another way to get a firearm , be it on the street , buying from a so called friend or stole it , he would have still did what he did . Makes me wonder if there were any mental evaluations done with him , but because of how tight HIPPA is , we will never know .

Looks like he was Dishonorably Discharged from the Air Force because of Domestic Violence , which would make him ineligible from possessing a Firearm , IF he was convicted of it & its true .

My neighbor says the 6mm Creedmore is out shinning the 6.5 at matches ( he shoots with a 6mm CM Bolt gun at long ranges ). There is a good many Receiver makers out there now a days , just look in the build section for what is being used by most . Both my 308AR's are DPMS Receivers & shoot much better then I ever will . What are your plans for this rifle , Match , Hunting, paper punching ? The guys at GA shooting team , used the caliber in AR's at first then went to Bolt Guns & had more wins . Do you reload ?
