    Awesome. If they are the newer AWM with the steel piece that goes all the way around the back than id put them at the top of my list. Even if they are the older L5 s they are still great.

    Also was about to do the same thing to my hi rise upper. Decided to just buy a normal height upper and build it how I want. I figure I can catch the tail end of the buying panic and sell my old upper for enough to cover a decent barrel and FF tube.

    For the record...midway just got the super high DPMS quad rail back in stock. I was on email alert for it. I ended up just ordering a new upper instead.

    I've only seen the 5.56 ones on sale but I've seen them at 3 different vendors. I grabbed a spare one from botach the other day for $39 shipped. hopefully some 7.62 ones will come up soon.
