  1. Mine doesn't say much about it, she is just as bad when it comes to food! Growing up in a communist country will do that to you!
  2. I'm the same way brother! Best Buy and Burger King are right up there with CTD for me!
  3. Why did you post this in the 'Contests' section?
  4. @98Z5V Hey brother, I have the exact same handguard only it measures out at 12.75" I picked it up to use on Josh's Matrix build when Wilson was blowing them out for $89. He's got short arms and doesn't need that long of a handguard! You wanna swap?
  5. Welcome from New Mexico!
  6. Welcome from New Mexico!
  7. I got a feeling that if there's a perimeter it will be somewhere around Texas!
  8. Yup, watched it right after it came out on Netflix!
  9. @98Z5V seems to be the most knowledgeable about this stuff here on the forum, maybe he will chime in. For some reason I seem to think that a Constitutional Convention needs to be called to do anything with the Constitution.
  10. Mike, did you notice that that video aired 10 months ago? I would guess that whatever was going to happen with that bill probably already happened.
  11. I'm surprised someone didn't do this earlier! https://aimsurplus.com/17-designs-iflr-integrated-folding-lower-receiver/?utm_source=AIM+Surplus+Main+List&utm_campaign=5f0437f3a3-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2019_02_08_01_58_COPY_01&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_6870497a6a-5f0437f3a3-19275289&mc_cid=5f0437f3a3&mc_eid=a249125bec
  12. Ruh roh!!!!
  13. Looks like most of their reloading kits are out of stock too! I would recommend this setup; https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1013020237?pid=785993 The turret press lets you set up all your dies for one caliber on a turret and leave them set up. Changing and adjusting dies for each stage gets old really fast if you do much reloading, especially if you plan on reloading for more than one caliber. The turrets are interchangeable on the Lee presses and you can buy a turret for each caliber and leave the dies set up on the turret. I've used a lot of Lee stuff and never had a problem with any of it. I would recommend getting a hand priming tool though, the priming setups on most presses can be a pain and very slow. Something like this; https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1012924740?pid=319794
  14. Try cutting the spring a little shorter. I've got two 308 AR's like that and never had a problem assembling them.
  15. And there is no need for a second hole in the grip for the takedown pin spring, just put the pin and spring in the hole and put the grip on!
  16. I came across a Daisy Red Ryder BB gun at Tractor Supply a couple of years ago and bought it for my grandson. I gave it to Josh and he said "Dad, you realize he is only 2 years old, right?" and I told him "Doesn't make any difference, stick it in the back of the gunsafe until he's old enough to shoot it, we might not even be able to get him one later!" Josh said "Yeah, you're right!"
  17. For all you Glock fanboys!
  18. It's even better from here in S.W. New Mexico!
  19. That's what you get at your first SDSF attendance. You don't get a full patch until you make the second one AND shoot past 300 yards AND either bring some good food or whiskey for everyone! And yeah, there are several of us who are already grandfathered in!
  20. My budget 38 Super; It started out as a Rock Island Armory basic model like this;
  21. Here's basically what I started with, a Rock Island Armory 38 Super that a friend of mine picked up on a trade and let me have for $200; I had the grips and trigger on my bench and picked up a few more parts from Brownells. Fitted everything and did a relief cut under the trigger guard and checkered the frontstrap and did a nice 4# trigger job on it. Trigger group is all RIA parts except for the Commander hammer, and they cleaned up really well for a great trigger pull. I did a quick black parkerizing job on it (functional as hell but not real pretty) and put it all back together. This is the finished gun with about $400 total in it; I hadn't even shot it after I parkerized it and reassembled it. Matt got to break it in for me! That RIA barrel seems to be really accurate.
  22. It's hit or miss, my Matrix upper will fit in my DPMS lower and hand cycle but my Diamondback upper won't close all the way in my DPMS lower. Both of those uppers are Armalite pattern.
  23. Did you see the C5 Galaxies sitting on the other side of Kolb Rd.? BTW, you were within a mile of my son's house!
