  1. Only thing that scares me more than a table saw is a wood lathe!
  2. Piss poor marksmanship IMO! Body cams from two officers showed very clear head shots on the perp!
  3. You're late to the party, vids were posted in another thread already.
  4. Great video, thanks for posting it Dirk!
  5. Personally speaking, I'd rather go through the azz whuppin than take a life if it could be avoided. The stress of dealing with killing someone, dealing with all the legal matters that come afterwards, and just the whole mess after a shooting is not something I ever wanted to experience.
  6. Awesome warrior right there! Way to go sister!
  7. That's not gonna happen! The only safe queen I have is my Colt Python and even that gun isn't really safe since it already had a lot of bluing wear when I got it. It might stay in the house for a while so I can show it to friends though.

    The Mayans

Sons Of Anarchy spinoff. SOA started out pretty good but as the seasons progressed all the mayhem got so farfetched and unbelievable that I kind of lost interest. Towards the end there was so much schit happening that in real life every LE agency in the state and the Feds would have been on scene, but I guess that's Hollywood! I can see this series going the same way, that's Curt Sutter's style. The Badge (another great show from Sutter) was the same thing towards the end.
  9. ROFL!!!! Just interested to see what you do to it. As long as it ain't pink I'm okay.
  10. @98Z5V Did you ever do any painting on my truck gun?
  11. That's because I'm goofing off on the computer instead of working on the bathroom remodel. Don't tell my wife!
  12. Well obviously THAT'S not true! I entered that contest and didn't win it! I was robbed I tell ya, ROBBED!
  13. I like the serrations on that Daniel Defense FSB! Never thought of doing something like that but then again, I don't mess with FSB's like that much. @98Z5V, I can do that serration stuff if anyone wants it but you'll have to put a finish on it afterwards. Just mail the FSB to me and I'll knock it out and send it back the next day.
  14. That right there is the problem Kiwi, you're dealing with an Open class shooter. NOTHING is perfectly adequate for those guys! Perfectly adequate for most of us is severely lacking for one of THOSE guys! Great machinework BTW!
  15. That'll never happen, not enough tupperware in the gun!
  16. I ate a lot of rabbit growing up in Kansas, pheasant too! I had horse meat once several years ago and would eat it anytime. My wife said they had it a lot in Cuba when she was little. She found some at a Caribbean store in El Paso and bought it. Cooked it with red chile and the stuff was GOOD!
  17. Shepp, rain all the time is a good thing! Down here it rains very little so when it does rain the oils in the pavement come up and makes it REALLY slick! I never experienced schit like that in Kansas!
  18. Yup, life in the desert! They shut the highways down but us locals always know how get around that and go on about our business. That's just what you do out here. On another note, I told my wife that if she ever got caught on the highway in one of these things to get as far off the road as possible, clear over to the fence! I don't mind paying for a wrecker to get her out later if she gets stuck.
  19. I've had this one. Excellent porter!
  20. I have to agree with the author of the second article! I've dealt with coward cops in my career and promised one officer that worked under me that if he got an officer hurt because of his cowardice I would personally put him in the hospital. He quit law enforcement two weeks later and started driving a truck.
  21. Sorry azzed POS right there. As a rule I don't judge those who chose to end their life because I have no way of knowing what kind of burdens they are carrying but this sorry excuse for a human decided he needed to take out one of my brothers before doing himself in. The only decent thing he did was save the taxpayers the expense of prosecuting his azz and probably supporting him the rest of his worthless life!
  22. Pics or it didn't happen! @98Z5V
  23. That right there is what broke me of working on the oil rigs in Kansas!
