  1. Nice
  2. I'll be ready for a few here soon also.
  3. Welcome aboard Medic. Yep like Edge was saying. Muzzle brakes, some buffer work, maybe an adjustable block (if that's your thing). You'll have that thing shootin smooth.
  4. What do I have on order? Not enough.
  5. You and me both my man. But I'm waaayyyyyy too far east for this.
  6. After your "encounter"......I believe you brother. <thumbsup>
  7. With the wet end!
  8. Well, I'm always buying parts. Hell, I'm down to just 5 seperate orders that are on backorder (that I can remember). Just wish that a couple of them were some AR-10 stripped lowers. I've got 3 different upper assemblies waiting on a (permanent) lower to mate up to. Or any 10 lowers for that matter. Can't find them anywhere. Reasonable that is. Saw one on GB for 450....but that guy can kiss all of our asses. Guess that means that I need to order a couple more things. <laughs> And I'd always tell you if I was planning another buy Brother.
  9. "The deer wrangler said" That deer is gonna whip that bear's ass. And just how would you know? Oh yeah...............................the rope method. <lmao>
  10. I eat em like that too. It's fast.....it's easy....it fills the hole. My brother.......another simple eater.
  11. The low-life scumbag stole for 20 bucks? Damn this world sucks........meaning people that is.
  12. Campbell's bean soup with hot dogs cut up in it. HEY...........I'm a simple guy ok? <laughs>
  13. As crazy as the ride can be, I'll stick with the traditional stock market and similar investment vehicles.
  14. ^^^^ <lmao> I shouldn't laugh at this (because it's becoming true). But I can't help myself.

    PTR 91

I've got one of the PTR's. They're ok. Fires well (every time). Pretty reliable. Fun rifle with a great look. They don't like cans though. Still would rather have an original G3 though.
  16. Bench vise (with upper reciever vise blocks)...light hammer...punch set (or hex keys)...oh, and beer. Also, if you feel like it, one of those gas tube clamps like the ones that Brownells sells. That's a handy little tool that (I find) makes it easy setting the tube into the block. And, of course.....more beer.
  17. And we always say that Greg is a female cat.............................but that's talkin about Edge. :hornet: <lmao>
  18. I was thinking the same thing.
  19. I think that Rene is secretly gouging people on gunbroker, just to pump up the value of his Rock River pieces. <lmao> :enguard:
  20. I saw him live at least 4 different times. Each time was an excellent show.
  21. PRI lo-pro (a couple of them), JP (A2 front-post type), got an Armalite factory block on one of them (the SASS is bad ass). I'm currently in search of the elusive Noveske switchblock for 7.62 for a 12" AR-10 build I'm working on. Those things are hard to find. There's other manufactures', it's all in the type of feature you're looking for (set screw vs rotating knob type), material the block is made of, and of course.......cash that you're willing to part with.
  22. No man should ever say that he......................goes down. <lmao>
  23. Welcome aboard litehunter. I use adjustable blocks on most of my AR-10's, but that's more for suppressor use than recoil. Though it does help, as you can adjust the right amount of gas that you need. Overall, alot of it comes down to personal opinion or reason for use. They're easy enough to swap out. Doesn't hurt to try, if you're willing to spend a little cash. Some aren't really that expensive.....relatively, of course.
  24. I've been seriously thinking that over. At least the all out ban (state-wise) didn't take. Thier not requiring us to register anything already owned. They will require fingerprints and "training" to buy new after 1 October. But those nice guys in Annapolis will "wave" the training for those of us that already own handguns or "assault weapons". Isn't that nice of those cock sucking bastards? Jesus...I might as well just start buying nothing but class 3 stuff. It's the same pain in the ass. Actually easier because of not needing fingerprinting because of the trust my son and I started last year. Just more wait time. I hate this fcuking state. Wyoming calls my name louder and louder all the time.
  25. I appreciate the thought brother.
