Keep it up Shepp! Finally joined Snap fitness up here, so I am weight training in both Florida and Wisconsin. I am hiking 3.4 miles a day through a Nature preserve and road behind my house. Next step is alternate days biking and days walking.Have a new core exercise I really like. Take a 20-30 pound kettle weight, stand with legs spread. Bend and reach down as far between and behind your legs with it as you can, holding it in both hands. Then raise it up as high above your head as you can. 4 sets of 10, and I guarantee you will feel it!

Looks like Wayne got too comfortable being the big cheese, set up a love nest for his intern, and nice suits and other perks. North and Cox saw the opportunity, with Ackerman’s backing, to push Wayne out the door. Cox was probably tired of waiting for LaPierre to retire(he won’t ever), and North saw a chance to get more authority. Didn’t work because Wayne has hand picked the BOD, and takes care of them, so they know they would have been gone next. So North, Ackerman and Cox are out. And Wayne still has his little kingdom for now. That is my take.

I understand the 7 people killed in that tragedy by that drunken truck driver were Marine Veteran members of the Jarhead motorcycle club and family members. May God be with them and their families.

Friends live right down the road from their compound. Never stopped there though.
