Sketch, just got back from Rainier Arms and confirmed you can still do SBRs in WA. Problem is that ATF is not approving Form 1s until or unless the state clarifies the ability for individuals to "make" them. So for now, you can xfer the weapon to the Rainier Arms, have them "build it" , fill out a form 2, then xfer back to you and viola, you have your legal SBR. Also, while I was there got to handle the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 & have decided it's not for me. I also handled the Sig Sauer MPX and liked that a lot. I'm still pretty sure I'll get the Z5p or Z5rs but that Sig sure did feel good.
