  4. While I agree w/98Z about not changing the gun since it's running fine. If you build another and want a carbine stock. This buffer along w/a springco orange spring should work w/a standard AR buffer tube. https://www.kakindustry.com/lr308-carbine-buffer-heavy
  5. I have 2 old Gold Wings a 77&78. Both have had the intake changed so they have a one barrel on them NOT 4 of them.

  12. I have Athlon and Nikon one piece mounts. Most have 20 moa built in for shooting distance.
  13. Maybe a 20 moa riser.
  14. If you do a search. The Aero ultra light mounts seem to give a lot of folks problems.
  15. Looks like your set. Lube the crap out of the BCG
  16. I have 2 of their scopes. 1 on a 6.5 Creedmoor and 1 on a 6ARC. Both larger magnification than you are looking at. But they are for shooting long distances. Happy with them.
  17. Albert Einstein said don't clog up your brain memorizing stuff you can look up. I subscribe to that theory.
  18. Different manufacturers use some different parts. Aero and one or two others use a screw type pin holding the bolt catch. Others use a roll pin. Palmetto seems to use unique pivot and takedown pins. Most AR-15 parts work except takedown and pivot pins. Bolt catch is usually 308 specific. https://www.kakindustry.com/lr308-lpk
  19. The Air and Space museum by Dulles has a SR-71 and a space shuttle inside the building. Lots of neat aircraft but also a section of aircraft guns.
  20. Know you haven't been here long but you should do a search on "the rule"
  21. There is ALWAYS a little bit that NEVER goes away.
