  1. It's not painting, but I had an AR hydro-dipped, came out kind of cool...
  2. Rotated pics...
  3. I understood that there was not CLEO signoff needed, just that you need to notify CLEO with documentation. It would actually make it possible in areas (like here) that have CLEO's who refuse stamps, to get NFA items outside of a trust. I may be wrong on this...??
  4. Glad to hear this wasn't a propaganda film made to sway the people from believing that there are politicians currently in office who are directly liable for things that happened. I'll have to see it now...
  5. Madhouse

    Yahoooooo

Awesome! That's promising for me, I have 2 outstanding form 4s, about 4 months out now.
  6. You could possibly do as 98 is suggesting, maybe call DPMS. They might be able to tell you some production numbers. it could be that they aren't being produced in the numbers that other mainstream rifles are. Other than that, all we can do is conjecture.
  7. Do you care at all about the appearance on mobile devices? I know the ad stack at the top displays oddly, and differently than the .22 site...
  8. Gabe, you quoted that post from 2011, and that member never visited again after only 3 posts. I don't know of another range in our area side from Hot Wells and ASC. Spring Guns and Ammo, the range on Witte Road near Gessner, and Shiloh Church Road range are all indoor options in out vicinity.
  9. Welcome Gabe, I'm near Cypress myself, closer to Jersey Village really.
  10. Please post the physical location of the rifle, the state at the least. It helps potential buyers who might be in your area to do a face-to-face purchase, and it help out-of-state buyers determine shipping costs. That, and it's a rule. :-)
  11. Drop-in Timney trigger?? Damn it man... :)
  12. Wow, I hadn't know that the decibel drop would be so good on a bolt action. Nice! I know this is on the cheap-o side, but thoughts on this BSA? It's setup as a .223 or a .300blk http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HNSP5AC?keywords=bsa%20scope&qid=1444134795&ref_=sr_1_9&s=sports-and-fitness&sr=1-9
  13. So, the local crack dealer sends me a text and said, hey I have a Ruger American Rifle in .300 blk, perfect for that SDN-6 can I'm holding for you while we wait on the form 4. Of course, I bought it. I'm not going to shoot it until I get the can though. I'm looking at optics chioces now...
  14. Please post the state that the firearms are physically located in.
  15. I love my XD's! I had one in .40S&W, then got out of that caliber and sold all my pistols. I bought the XD again in both 9mm and .45ACP. Great handling guns, the 9 is one of my common carry guns.
  16. Redundancy is key. Two is one and one is none.
  17. Another good handheld option: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00813HBKK/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  18. Yeah, so since we were headed out of town at 0530,we had taken the dogs to the sitter the day before. Damn the luck. Insurance did indeed pay all but my $250 deductible.
  19. Yes on the locking lugs, but that will just slow them down a bit, they can still get them.
  20. F it, I needed tires anyway. So, I upgraded.
  21. LOL! Factory wheels, the deputy said that's what they target, must be easier to sell. They hit my neighbor across the street too. Must have been quick and quiet!
  22. Cali_Ed - I started with a 250 myself, for the same reason you're talking about. It wasn't bad, fun little bike, a Honda VTR 250. I outgrew it quickly though and went to a CBR600 (which I owned for 10 weeks before a lady totaled me out on it). Then I had a couple of 750 Suzukis, and gave up riding after I came to Houston.
  23. Last Monday, 0530, headed out with suitcase in hand to spend the week in San Diego, and this is what I come out to.
