Pounds = power, literally. This should give it a perceived (and real) boost in power over the other 1/2 ton trucks available. For drag racing purposes, the drop of 7lbs of static weight is the equivalent of gaining 1hp. That equates to a 100hp gain in the vehicle, all other things being equal. Aluminum bends in one direction. As soon as you try to bend it back, it breaks. I see this design costing owners ALOT of money in the long run... My $0.02.

To combat ethanol, I only know of two product - Sta-Bil Marine, and Yamaha Fuel Med RX. Both products eat the ethanol in your gas. Both products are also fuel stabilizers. You can get the Sta-Bil Marine at any Wal-Mart. You can get the Yamaha product at any Yamaha motorcycle dealership (they should carry it). The Yamaha product comes in a little 3.2 ounce bottle, similar to the little 2-stroke oil bottles you get for your weedeater, and it should cost under $2 for it. <thumbsup> Shib, believe it or not, I'm very familiar with most of those gas stations on that list - sources for Race Gas in Phoenix. I've been to alot of them before. Also, there's a Love's in Sierra Vista, off Buffalo Soldier Trail, that sells VP100 and VP110 at the pump, but it's not on that list.

Fcuk Ethanol. That $hit shouldn't be in gasoline, in any way, shape or form. You guys remember the stickers on your gas pumps? "May contain up to 10% Ethanol from October through April." $hit was supposed to be some kind of miracle for "winter weather, when temps are colder..." Those stickers probably haven't been updated on your gas pumps lately. Because it's not a requirement to update them anymore... Because your gas always contains "up to 10% ethanol" now. Year round. Always. There's a theory behind that, too...

How do those crew members get outside, to open those doors from the outside? Did you mean, "open from the inside?"

The UBR is ROCK SOLID, too. You won't be able to tell it's not a fixed stock.

Surefire models, too. This page lists the other lights that are damn near the same size, and fits a holster the same as TLR-1, or Surefire whatever... Only in Cali. Most other states, you fill out your 4473, get called in (unless your a CCW Holder), and walk out with the firearm. Probably both firearms, in the case of this sale. That 30-day thing for the second one is also because of Cali laws - no more than one firearms purchase in a 30-day period.

^^^ Glad you understand that - I don't think alot of guys here understand what I said in that, or why... The Military ROE at least in the most recent, and still ongoing conflict - it's just fucked up. It didn't start out that way, but it morphed into "stupid." You basically have to have bullets flying into your formation before you can return fire. That wouldn't work well for police, and we'd have alot of dead cops out there - but the lawyers that dream this $hit up would have a steady paycheck.
