  1. Fixed that for ya... <laughs> <lmao> Welcome aboard, man. <thumbsup>
  2. Welcome, Jon. <thumbsup> - I shot you a PM.
  3. Welcome, man. <thumbsup>
  4. They're easy, man. Fear not. <thumbsup> A little further up, someone was thinking about the G SDE trigger. This will simplify things some, in perspective: * The SDC and SSA are the same trigger. The SDC has a flat trigger, and the SSA is curved. * The SDE and SSA-E are the same trigger. The SDE has a flat trigger, and the SSA-E is curved. * The SD3G and S3G are the same trigger. The SD3G has a flat trigger, and the S3G is curved. Operationally and functionally, those compared triggers have the exact same characteristics between the two - it's just whether you'll like a flat trigger surface, or the traditional curved surface.
  5. I've got those down to a science now. I take them apart and do the auto bolt release mod for people at the range. Once you get a few of them apart, it suddenly gets much, much easier. <thumbsup>
  6. NICE!!!
  7. That's a damn good writeup, with non-subjective data. <thumbsup> What this fella at the bottom of the page says about the Jard(s) is completely 100% accurate:
  8. Let me see how quick I can finish this current one, first, then get a date for firing. I'll gladly install/shoot it, make notes, and send it right back to you. <thumbsup>
  9. I have the AAC Brakeout on two of mine, AAC Blackout (flash suppressor only) on one, and will be picking up some of the RA XTC Comps in the future - at least one of them, for sure. I've got two Spike's Tactical Dynacomps, both .30 caliber, and they work well, also - but they're not as effective as the Brakeouts are. The Dynacomps will eventually be replaced with Brakeouts - not because they're not effective, but because the Brakeout is just better, IMHO.
  10. Early to mid March was my target - as soon as I finish up another rifle. All these triggers won't be shot in the same rifle - they'll stay in the rifles they're in now. As soon as I finish this one up, I'll take them out and shoot for "trigger notes." <thumbsup>
  11. THAT'S how I was try to get my thoughts across. <thumbsup> I tried to get that out, but it didn't come out that way.
  12. I concur. Setting them up is a bitch. They're nice, once set up, but they're frustrating as hell to get them to that point. >:(
  13. We can get it back on track, with some Jessie. <thumbsup> [img width=810 height=1013]http://womenofuspsa.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/PA106587_2.jpeg
  14. I knew I forgot one - I have one of Bill's trigger mods.
  15. I'll pass on her... <thumbsup>
  16. <laughs> <lmao> Too many irons in the fire, brother... Or, too many cans getting transferred, from all over the place... <thumbsup> ;D I think I know which one you're talking about... :o
  17. I don't own either one of those, and won't be buying them, so those won't be included. Sorry. Just the above stuff, unless I buy another version of a G trigger prior to.
  18. It's not that he wouldn't do anything before it got to him. He can't do your Form 4 until it gets there, in his hands, transferred to him.
  19. Call DDLES on the phone. They had 3 of the dedicated lowers (Colt SMG mag versions) last week, on their website. I bought all 3. They called me the next day and said that a glitch in the system happened - apparently, someone else was buying one at the same time as me, and checked out just before I did. So, they only had 2 available for me. If I wanted to wait two weeks, they could send all 3. End result - they're sending 2 now, and will send the other one later. They are available, but you'll need to talk to them and make sure when they'll either be online for purchase, or available for phone-in purchase. Honestly, I'd set it up over the phone. Only reason I didn't was because it was after hours, and they were in stock. I didn't hesitate. Lesson 65b.
  20. I plan to test the following triggers in one session, and post opinions on each: ATC SR Gold G Hi-Speed DMR G SSA-E G SSA G S3G Armalite 2-stage National Match ALG ACT Jard 2lb Jard 2.5lb Spike's NiB I'm forgetting something... :o That will happen in one session, with note-taking, etc., for details. However, it won't be this coming weekend.
  21. Just picked up the Hi-Speed DMR this week - it's worth it. I'll shoot it this weekend and get my opinions posted on it. I like it already.
  22. Exactly. <thumbsup> Less maintenance on the machinery.
  23. Very true. Every Pro 2A LEO needs to let their elected officials know how they feel, also. It's a different angle than the civilians letting them know. Imagine if every single affected local and state police agency let those elected officials know hot THEY directly feel... The politico assholes then get it from both sides. I don't want to see any officers getting hurt over this - but if there are officers out there that haven't picked up their own, personal patrol rifle by now, then they "waited too long" just like the civilians in that boat did. Pappy, I'm not trying to be harsh on ya, brother. That's just my view. Looks like the affected LEOs need to get the poop-politicians out of office, just like the civilians need them out of office. LEOs need them out of office even worse, IMHO.
  24. .308 Winchester + Home Defense = not a great idea. However, if it gets you in another complete rifle, I'm all for it. <thumbsup>
  25. Oh, Sweet Baby Jesus... I can see that in your paw now... <laughs> <lmao>
