  1. Rene, here's my 13.5" barrel in a 12" handguard. Armalite AR-10 Carbine gas - which is Midlength-ish. Plus 3/16".

Best thing is just run a Geissele Reaction Rod, or a similar device from another manufacturer. Nothing, ever, will happen to the Geissele, over time, I can guarantee that.
  3. That's pure BS, right there. You are correct, thinking it's BS, too.
  4. Kimmy's youngest remaining son in the house is already signed up for USMC Boot Camp. He's gonna be a Marine. Her oldest son has already been in for almost 2 years, and he loves it. This one, though, is a jokester, the one that's going in just a few months from now. Apparently, he's been all hooked up on everything he can watch, that's all Ryan Reynolds. He's ALL IN on some Ryan Reynolds, and just can't get enough. I can get behind that - I'll support his Man-Crush. Here are his birthday presents from me, next month... 2 t-shirts, kinda... Classy Racer-back tank top... Then, this one... USMC Drill Sergeants are gonna have FUN with this kid...
  5. I won't let Dirk's boy-clan grow up like that - teach them life skills, like knot-tying, et al. That youngest one is my favored subject - that's a Little Baby Ranger swinging a chain, right there, in the making...
  6. I can tie knots that Boy Scouts just dream about. Those fools need instructions for tying their shoes - because they wear shoes that you don't have to tie, and haven't learned that life-skill - even as later teenagers... And we're trusting them to re-hang targets?...
  7. They couldn't find their asses with BOTH hands, and a map right to it. They couldn't fight their own way out of a piss-soaked paper bag. How the fuk are they gonna get up there and re-hang a target?...
  8. Hell yeah, it worked for Rob!
  9. That's a permanent target now - I'm not going back up there to get it, and good luck to someone "accidentally finding" it... They're never gonna find that 12" gong out that far, in those hills. I just hope we don't shoot it out, and knock it down - and I have to drag my ass back up there to re-hang it. That fucking SUCKED just to get it up there in the first place. Brother, I still can't get over how fucking badass you shot that match - that was impressive as all get-out.
  10. Hit the Jack Ryan on Prime, there's 2 seasons up. That'll get you hooked. They're working on Season 3 now. It's pretty damn good, especially if you read the Tom Clancy books in the past.
  11. You can be quite intimidating, upon first sight. I'm just sayin'... What did I say to you, when I first met you and shook your hand? "You're alot smaller than I imagined..." ...and I yanked my hand back and RAN, when I saw the look on your face...
  12. The bolt is on it's way here - I'll get it fired up and sent right back. If the ejector needs radiused, I'll do that while it's out, then put it all back together and ship it back.
  13. Buffer is too short. The UBR 2 is designed for a 3.250" buffer when run on a .308AR. The internal depth of the extension on the UBR 2 is 7 5/8". You'll need an H3 buffer, the correct weight to run these things. Any AR15 H3 Carbine buffer will work. You'll also need either the Armalite EA1095 recoil spring, or a Sprinco Red spring. That will solve any issue you might encounter with your recoil system. Look at the ears on your lower, and see if the BCG was hitting it - it was, if you shot the UBR 2 with that 2.500" buffer in there. Guarantee it.
  14. I'll paint the bastard. It'll get the hook-up, just like a real meal scope would...
  15. I've got a little set of Snap-On 5CF mini ignition pliers that would yank that ejector right out. They're mean little bastards. See if you can find a used one for sale online somewhere. They look like this:
  16. That's a pretty rounded ejector, too - do you have a good set of needlenose pliers that you can get ahold of the ejector with? Give it just a little "coaxing" on it's way out? There's a burr somewhere that's holding everything up, I'll bet.
  17. 1st and 3rd place were separated by about 11 seconds, brother. Don't know where you're getting your math from. 60.90 for 1st and 71.95 for 3rd (Matt), is just a tick over 11 seconds (11.05 by what I'm reading)... Maybe my math is wrong - but it's hardly ever wrong. Not sure... There's some unreal shooters out there - and Matt just pushed himself right into the forefront of them...
  18. I still have that one - you need to see it again? Rob payed me back this year, for sure - humped me whilst shooting...
  19. I know I've posted this one before, but it's worthy of a second mention...
  20. I'm on a desktop computer. It's definitely not because of any phone that I have, that's for certain. Guarantee you that.
  21. Okay... Here it goes...
  22. There's only 2 dudes that I've ever heard in Rock, like this... Rock is one of them. Check it: The other one is Uncle Ted. Ted Nugent. That's a no-brainer. Never seen any other rockers like those two. Find one, post them up.
  23. Your obvious MOA pedigree has you seeing sideways right now. Matt shot Mils, like he always does. He wasn't handicapped at all, with MOA - like all the other MOA shooters were handicapped - like ALL MOA shooters are handicapped. You have no idea how happy I am that you jumped the shark on that MOA-Mil confusance that you just went through, though. It makes my complete day, right there... I'll wait for your response, MOA-Guy...
  24. Everybody had to - Stage Instructions... START POSITION: Standing on the trailer. Rifle loaded and safely pointed downrange. That's the best I was willing to give them, right there. My Chariot, ride me to Valhalla...
