  1. Filth goes well here - don't be shy. Man the Fuk up or stop talking about it already...
  2. They don't need to be PG13 here, man. "Letter Rip"...
  3. I can take an AR "pistol" to any state that allows them without any kind of notification, whatsoever, to anyone. If I want to take an SBR to any other state than it's registered to, I have to ask the BATFE for permission, and receive that permission back, before I can do it... Pistol > SBR, as far as freedom goes. Ron is all OVER this, and has done it for 3 years now, to bring his stash to the Fall Shoots... @Rsquared
  4. Love those barrels, man - that's the route I went on my .260 Rem.
  5. If you get it from White Oak, it'll be the right stuff. However, watch other places. The proper material for a gas tube is 303 stainless - because it won't work harden when subjected to extreme heat. Perfect material for it's intended purpose. Lately, I've seen ALOT of places advertised 304 stainless gas tubes... Don't buy 'em.
  6. To late, brother, corruption playtrack is already going, and he's listenin'... You didn't think this was gonna happen as we cross-pollinate the boards?... "Dabbling" in .308AR.com is like Tequila. It's one of two ways... It's Wild Jungle Monkey Sex, or someone's gettin' the shiit beat out of them... Sometimes, under special circumstances, it's BOTH... You don't just "dip your toe in the pond..."
  7. After the texts from Rob today, I'm TERRIFIED about what might show up at my door. I think it's a damn "easy to assemble" 80% 105mm Howitzer...
  8. OP, there are two very indepth reviews of the Law Tactical Folding Stock Adapter on this site. One by Robocop, and one by me. If you "use quotation marks" and search for this exact phrase - "Law Tactical Folding Stock Adapter" - they will turn up.
  9. Same thing I thought, as soon as I read his description.
  10. I don't know if I'm excited, or skeered!!!
  11. ^^^ he's good! This is working out nicely!...
  12. It's all high quality parts, so it's gonna shoot. Before you ever fire it, measure the internal depth of that receiver extension (buffer and spring removed). It should come up to exactly 7.000" internal depth. If it's longer than that, stack quarters down the tube first, to take up that extra internal depth, then reinstall buffer and spring. Each quarter is 0.069" thick. What you don't want happening is the BCG slamming into the ears of the lower receiver, just because of a depth that's too much.
  13. Wasn't me, brother... Sorry...
  14. That's a damn cool thing to do!... Looks great!
  15. ^^^ He chewed through his leash and got outta the yard at Full30...
  16. The gas port diameter in the barrel is gonna be good to go - It's a Ballistic Advantage barrel. The recoil system is a little weak, with a 3.8oz shorty buffer, a spring that is barely up to the task, and measure the internal depth of your receiver extension (this is all advice based on the Carbine recoil system for a collapsible stock setup). When Aero first started making these receiver extensions, then had an internal depth of 7.100", when it should have been 7.000". I had some freakish operational issues with one of them, until I found that out. With a weak(er) recoil system, the rifle will recoil harder, making it seem like it's over-gassed - when it's not over-gassed.
  17. She might actually be bangable is that's the way she really was... It would have to be the 1995 version, though...
  18. Lighten up, Francis... Welcome aboard... If you saw my other reply to you... don't cheat the guys here - they need to see that pic...
  19. Ah shiitr Ah shiit, it's on now!... Phenomenal artwork, by the way - I really, really think the guys here would appreciated that...
  20. The very biggest issues are receiver extensions that aren't at the internal depth that they need to be, recoil systems that are out of whack, and gas ports that are too small.
  21. Eye Doc blew that one out on 27 Oct, man...
  22. The plot thickens... I'm FUCKIN' DYIN' over here, literally...
  23. I still can't believe that dude told you to mock one up - then install another one DRY... That's crazy...
