  1. Well, now you went and did it. You admitted it. <lmao> You have to know, at this point, that we love you, but we are NOT a "good influence." You mentioned "next build," then went right into "get more deeply into reloading," and we're sharks swimming in chum... <laughs> Just let us know how to spend your money. You'll get great recommendations, rest assured. Wade through the many recommendations, look at the info presented, and just make a decision on your own. You won't please everyone that made a recommendation, but you can't go wrong with whatever decision you make. What was the CCI on your card again?...
  2. Done did did it. I've done the hardest things a real man can do, as far as Georgia is concerned. Fort Benning, Georgia. Airborne School in July, Ranger School August through October. First 2 of 4 phases were in Georgia. Next Georgia "Hot!" story, please... <lmao>
  3. By that very statement you just made, your "friction improvers" would have in increase friction in order to "make the clutches and bands grab better." If they decrease friction, the clutches and bands would slip. I'll double-down on this part of the discussion - let's go. Let's get machanical here. Spin your side of this.

Prove it. Spring for the shirts, and we'll buy them. Been done befo'. Money-where-the-mouth-is kinda thing. Man up.
  5. You think that's cool - watch this badass...
  6. At least you finally got to stuff something in your waistband... Got a link to a news story or article?
  7. That is exactly why more people need to exercise their right to open carry, and do it often - in order to educate the idiots, and make them aware that it's perfectly fucking legal. When the idiots see more open carry, more often, it won't seem so "strange" to them. The most common question I get when I open carry is, "Is that a Glock 17?!" My typical answer is, "fornicate no, it's not a Glock-anything - it's a Springfield XD-45. God hates Glock fags, you dumbass!" <lmao> Just kidding - some Glock carrying people are cool.
  8. ^^^ Damn, that would be balmy, right now. I wouldn't know how to act. It's actually 101* right now, at almost 11pm - summer is the worst part of living in the desert, hands down. 9 months out of the year are badass, but 3 months really, really suck... <lmao> I may take you up on the El Paso visit sometime, though - I can bring a giant bastard from Eastern New Mexico with me, too. <thumbsup>
  9. Having a hard time resisting a quote here, and pointing something out. I'm just sayin'...
  10. I'm surprised the Noslers were pulling the numbers that they did initially, with the variance in the bullet. They're running some kinda voodoo black magic $hit with those things in order to do that. It's like tuning a 2-stroke... <lmao>
  11. Called it - did AIM take back that BCG for you? The original one? I can't even imagine how *whoever* machined that wrong - AIM just sells parts, I don't think they manufacture. Wouldn't be on them if they're not running the machines. Interesting, never seen this come up before - glad it did, tough. Something else to keep an eye on.
  12. that is fucking brilliant...
  13. Suspect identified - Dylann Storm Roof, 21. Not caught yet, so this must be from a previous run-in with the law:
  14. Damn, looks like 2 days in a row. It's already 85* now, at 7:21am...
  15. I'll just start with the first "I've heard" that you mentioned. That's not true, no matter what you've heard, where ever you heard that from. Too difficult to get into it all in an Intro thread, man. Search here, research data, and ask questions in the tech threads. The Search and Research are the two most important things. Welcome aboard. Everything will get straightened out, but maybe not before you buy some parts that won't work with your build. Ask specifics first.

    Sons of Liberty

It certainly did the last time a government exerted it's rule over the people, and decided what was best for them. The People whipped that government's a$s. And here we are... ...it almost happened, last summer. Scary as that sounds, it almost went down over the Bundy Ranch. The Government found out that The People are getting real tired of the bull$hit that The Government imposes. It won't be pretty, and i hope it doesn't happen in my lifetime. Or my son's lifetime. Hell, I hope it doesn't happen, ever again. Things in this country need to change, or we're on a crash course, though...
  18. That's no bull$hit, brother - meeting him and asking him what he carries is like a bad scene from Boondock Saints... <lmao>
  19. Someone shot MaDuce?... What?...
  20. Fuk, he ran off! Chewed through his damn leash! 117* tomorrow, here. come on over anyway - I've got two slings we can shoot (pics), and we can set the canopy up out there and deal with it like men...
  21. Shepp, you're fuckin' KILLIN' me!!!... <lmao>
  22. I'll play with the 16" mid-gas system this weekend, if i can bear the damn heat... :'( EDIT... That ^^^ is not a P USSY comment... it's only supposed to be 117* tomorrow...
  23. Let them soak in the denatured alcohol for 30 minutes, made sure I wire-tied them before going in the vat. Extracted them with the wire ties and made sure I didn't touch them. Gassed them out at 170 degrees for 30 minutes, let them cool, and shot the cerakote. Baked them at 170 degrees for 2 hours. Removed them and hung them until they were room temp, and assembled. Worked like a champ. No issues whatsoever with them. Cerakote goes on so damn thin, it doesn't affect any clearances... <thumbsup> Baked an EOTech 512 twice, too, at 170 degrees, a few hours each time. It still works, to this day. THAT surprised me... <lmao>
