  1. Awesome info, sprite! Damn good CSI work, brother... <lmao>
  2. Didn't get to sight these in today, but I'll try to do it Tuesday. The XS Lever Rail sight system is a VERY nice sight setup! The rear is elevation and windage adjustable, and comes with two different sized aperatures - 0.230" and 0.191" openings. It ships with the larger one already installed, but I immediately swapped to the smaller one. Install is damn near self explanatory - easy to see what you need to do, and no need to read the directions at all. On the rear, you'll need to set it up for whatever range you want to zero, and it's not something that you'll be able to change on the fly. Once it's set, it's set. For windage adjustment, you have a set screw on each side that you tighten down. For elevation adjustment, the aperature threads up/down in 1/2 turn increments. There are flats on the sides that the windage screws mate up against. So, set it up for your range, and it's good. The front sight isn't adjustable - just screws right to the barrel. It's got a white-painted center section, and should be easy to pick up when sighting. Can't wait to shoot it and sight it now, with a 100-yard zero. <thumbsup>
  3. He's after 20s, brother.
  4. No way we can lose, no way. The UN has tried, with a Lackey POS President backing them. Fail. Politicians siege every chance they get, and manipulate every "outrage" they can, and it hasn't happened. Fail. Sandy Hook didn't work, Columbine didn't work, no other manipulation worked - it's not the guns. It's the fucked up people. The American Public sees that, and the politicians are failing - unless they RAM it down their constituents throats (NY, MA, CT, CA, NJ, IL, CO). They can't defeat the United States Constitution and the Bill Of Rights. They've tired. Fail.
  5. No, we're not.
  6. 1. Treat every firearm as if it's loaded. 2. Never point a firearm at anything you are not willing to destroy. 3. Always be sure of your target, and your target foreground and background. 4. Keep your finger off the trigger until you are on target and ready to fire. That woman fucked up #3 and #4.
  7. FDE out of stock at that place... ^^^
  8. I like your plan, ss - good one!
  9. Yes, you can bore sight it. Make sure you have the upper very solidly mounted. It should be close when you launch lead.
  10. My thoughts as well... IF YOU WANT SLACK, CUT THE FUCKIN' ROPE! Damn, Ron. You know he has... :yup: <laughs>
  11. Lancer L5AWM 20-rd mags - never confuse them with another setup you have. FDE ones in stock at DSG Arms. https://dsgarms.com/lancer-l5awm-556mm-20rd-mag
  12. Maybe this will give us some leverage to get the 16" rifle-gas barrel produced with some regularity. Hell, I'd be in for two of them, right off the bat. The perfect barrel. <thumbsup>
  13. If he does, then I need to be introduced... <lmao>
  14. Real question is... how far away is the pisser?
  15. ^^^ That's a keeper. 1.5" high x 0.75" wide for a 5-shot group. Not bad at all, my good man. <thumbsup> How's your breathing? Shooting on exhale... pause... shoot? If not, and you're not paying attention to your breathing-vs-shot out, then that's the primary reason behind your vertical stringing. Something to pay attention to next time out.
  16. Not yet, but I need to... I would LOVE to try that out, brother. I have some crazy experiments in mind for this thing. On another note, XS Sighting Systems Lever Rail fully installed now. Front & rear sight replacement, along with the rail setup. VERY NICE system! Need to get it out and Zero, and I'll try to do that on Sunday. Might have to work on an engine for a guy, and that would completely scrap my plans with this rifle. I need to see if a Primary Arms red dot can hang with this recoil...
  17. Damnit! <lmao> All those numbers I stole, and I still blew it! <laughs> Congrats, Lite! <thumbsup>
  18. Jim, 16.1 grains of H110 under a Hornady 150gr FMJBT is a great combo (cut down LC brass). I'm just sayin'... <thumbsup>
