Knee Update

Well, a couple of you were aware of my back and knee issues.  The back issue looks like I'm on my own for now.

 

The knee has been replaced with a synthetic man-made job.  Should work pretty good.  Doctor said not to knock it around too much, don't hit things into it...so I have to be careful.

Glad you came through ok I used to sell the anticoagulants to prevent blood clots after total knee replacements. I have observed those surgeries.

As far as the back, I share your pain. Two bilateral stenosis that I feel every day. Have you tried an inversion table? It helped me.
