Ouch, I don't know if I'd recommend taking a hacksaw to one of our barrels. That would probably make for a pretty rough crown!

The new models are all Hybrid (mid-weight) contours with a .750 gas block. For weight we're looking at:
 

• 2.35 lbs  for the 16" models
• 2.55 lbs for the mid-length 18" models
• 2.60 lbs for the rifle length 18" models
• 2.85 lbs for the 20" models
• 3.45 lbs for the 22" models
