Buddy and I were talking about putting a shop in my backyard and digging it partially underground. I think I should plan on putting a mini shooting range in there. LOL

I'm down with that.  You have to explain to your wife why I won't leave, though...   <lmao>

Do you have 25 yards across the back yard you could dig up?

If so rent a back hoe and I'll dig that dirt for you we can find a concrete guy and a brick mason guy for cheap.

my little girl turned 4 yesterday. huge party. perfect temps. pinatas hanging from the tree and Mexican hotdogs on the grill. AZ spring is so nice. got to take advantage before the portal to hell opens up and scorches us.

Congrats brother Mike to you'r daughter birthday. We had pinatas for the kids and now we have them for the grandkids. :))

FAT IRMA will make her debut during The 2015 Great Shouthwestern Shepp Shootfest.

You guys haven't seen FAT IRMA yet, but you will love her - I guarantee that...   <lmao>

No pics of FAT IRMA will be published prior to the first pic, in Shepp's hands...  :hethan:

25 yards is easy. Buddy has a bobcat and also does some construction work.

Anyone know an architect? Need to get plans and engineering stuff so I can submit to the city.

I know one in WA , the one I used here is/was a cokehead and I would not suggest using.

Hit me up Shibi...our business is civil engineering and land surveying. I am not licensed in AZ yet, but we have someone in the office that is. If I can help you in anyway...let me know.

^^^   Perfect example of why I love this place so much.  <thumbsup>

I'll see if we have any architect friends in AZ.

Damn you guys for planning this so close to our due date. I've missed the last two and now I gotta miss this one too. I've been trying...she ain't budging.

...however...Shibi....cough cough. If I were to have a job to do in AZ that just so happened to land on that weekend......you see where I'm going?

Your architect will need a quick topo of your lot. Location of the existing structures relative to the property lines. They'll need to know about any set backs or easements....I know a guy who knows a guy who can map all that crap out. Just sayin.
