The second part of this is senturing all intelligence regarding terrorist activity and plots then downplaying the importance of the acts. An example is calling Isis the "JV Team ". Also not doing enough in response to the beheading of Christians in Syria which are broadcasted over the internet ! The White House Spokesman Josh the Liar ,got caught talking to the press about how he had to make the reports less significant than they were, in regards to Isis.
