Background: ATF raided his shop in CA and confiscated 6000 lowers they said were illegal firearms. He sued them and they were forced to return the lowers but warned him they are still illegal firearms, and he will be arrested if he sells them. His position is that if they are illegal, why did he get them back? Why did the ATF hand over 6000 illegal firearms to a guy with no FFL and no paperwork. he decided to risk his freedom and loudly challenge the ATF. he has advertised his intent. He tags ATF in all his threads, and asks others to do the same. He has been posting his intentions on the ATF Facebook page. He wants This to go to court. This evening the sale went live. It only took 30 min for his Facebook page to be shut down and his credit card processing site to deny his transactions. He's posting from a backup fb page and the guntraband page. He is a USMC combat vet and a family man laying all down for liberty. blue109 Posted January 28, 2017 Author Report Share Posted January 28, 2017 He said he wants to take on the federal issue without clouding it with state laws. selling to ban states adds another opening for them to come at him, so he wants to take them on in stages.
