98Z5V
Matt, I'll try your side of the "discussion..." Hopefully, you'll reciprocate. ;DYou have to try a Geissele. SSA-E. That's the one you need to try. <thumbsup>

That's the one you need to try. <thumbsup>I've got two SR Golds, that trigger may well be my next "gotta test" item. I'm certainly not gonna comment on it before I've tried it myself. I can say that so far I've only ever heard of one person complaining about their Geissele trigger, everyone else loves 'em. The SR Gold was the next step after a JP adjustable, and I was very impressed.

rhinegarten
Carrier weight system on the way - hope it gets here by Friday so I can try it out over the weekend. Flat wire buffer spring got here yesterday and it's already installed. I've only completed my basic .308 rig a little over a month ago. Already there's an exponentially expanding wish list, and new products for my two 20 year old AR15s that I hadn't previously known about. How can I do this without ending up in Chapter 11? I ordered the brass now because EVERYONE is out of it. Only 1 company makes brass and they will not be making another run till the end of March. Robocop1051
It's not really an order, but I did just pick it up. Before my father retired he was the Range Master for his dept. I visited him last weekend and went through some boxes in the garage. I found a shit ton of old armory parts. FA/SA carriers and triggers, stainless bolts, A2 uppers and a few barrels. I built two complete Colt uppers (16" hbar & 20" hbar) from the spare parts.

rhinegarten
Helotes, just curious, what weight bullet were you thinking of loading in your .458? I imagine a good heavy FMJ, even at relatively low velocities, could wreak havoc on an engine block. The CWS for my LR308 got here today, just in time for the three day weekend - YIPEE! Can't try it out 'till Monday, but YIPEE anyway!
