Hi, I am an avid AR builder and to date have built AR's in .22, 5.56, 762 X 39, and 762 X 51. I recently received my suppressor tax stamp and finally got my hands on the new suppressor. It is an Omega and is 30 cal. I bought all the sub sonic ammo I could get and I have found that it will not cycle my bolt. Any thoughts, I am thinking buffer and or spring change.

Your chasing a unicorn, I have never heard of subsonic load that will cycle a 308 AR. Skip it and get a 300 Blackout.

The subsonic suppressed 308 guys up here all run bolt actions for just that reason. Wise advice JT.

welcome to the forum. i run full pow on all my 308 bolt or semi.. through the can. I dont see a reason for a higher pow rifle to nock it down a notch. 300 blk is ment for that..

I gotta agree. Just run regular power rounds, but maybe look into changing your gas block out to an adjustable type. That way you can dial it back to get good solid action for cycling, but it won't beat the $hit out of your rifle.
