RobT2K
I have a few more days before I pick up my lower from JD, so I know how you feel, the waiting sucks.I have a Fulton Armory 18.5 Krieger barreled upper on its way to me too. Should just be a couple of more weeks (Crossing my fingers they didn't B.S. me on the timeline)I kind of wish I had gotten the matching upper/lower from JD after I saw how well they match up. Yours looks great, I think I'm going with the UBR too. I'm in SD so we should eventually get them together for a pic or two while we shoot. What is the best mag lock to use? I read that a standard Bullet button for an AR15 doesn't work as well on the 308, any truth to that?
98Z5V
Should just be a couple of more weeks (Crossing my fingers they didn't B.S. me on the timeline)Clint at FA is pretty good about his build timelines - it should be real close to what he quoted you, unless something honestly crazy happened for him. <thumbsup>
RobT2K
I just got my lower from JD today, and I noticed that Fulton finally charged me for the upper so that should be shipping very soon! The rest of the parts I'll need are on their way to me also, so this should all be coming together pretty soon. I'll probably be the one to slow down the process, I'm gonna finish what I can in Alumahyde II FDE. And from what I hear that takes a while to completely cure. RobT2K
I just finished spraying my lower, wasn't too bad, went on really easy. Looks good so far, now to not touch it for 7-10 days. Once my LPK gets here that is going to be tough. ;)

msoto80010
I went with a Gen X Raddlock. I works just fine. You do have to make sure to not adjust the screw all the way in or it makes it a little harder to work the release with a tool.

RobT2K
I really like the idea behind the M110 and once I saw it, I wanted to build something similar. Some that have used it have said that it is too front heavy with the 20" barrel and the A2 stock, so I went with a little shorter 18" barrel and a little heavier UBR stock w/steel strikeplate sling loop.[img width=810 height=607]http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w213/RobT2K/308AR/DSC02986.jpg[img width=810 height=607]http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w213/RobT2K/308AR/DSC02992.jpg[img width=810 height=607]http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w213/RobT2K/308AR/DSC02997.jpg[img width=810 height=607]http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w213/RobT2K/308AR/DSC02996.jpgThe sun was directly overhead, so that shine looks worse than it is. I have 2 coats of matte clearcoat on it and it really brought the shine down from what it was.

RobT2K
Thanks guys, it is definitely my favorite rifle to shoot now! I picked up a steel 1/2 sized IPSC target right after I built it and have been putting it to work at 500 yds. I just need get some more ammo before I burn through my supply. Rsquared
Nice looking build dnp. I like those PRI carbon fiber handguards. I've been eye-ballin those for one of mine.
DNP
Thanks guys. I like the feel of PRI's. They're pretty beefy and real solid. Would have been perfect if they were a little less expensive. I figured I was deep enough into it anyways, what's a little more? <dontknow>
Rsquared
Hey, you can't talk price when you're talkin quality. And hey......I didn't even notice in the other pic. You're using the UBR on that. I love that stock. That's the one I use on my "goto" AR-10. That design....to me.....feels perfect. Granted, that being said, I like the ones on all of mine. But something about that UBR. I love it.
Robocop1051
Damn it! That's a Fulton 16" rifle length barrel!!! I wanted that fucking barrel so bad, I could taste blood. That is a beautiful stick bro. I'm jealous.

DNP
This gas block is from JD Machine as well. If you blow up the pics of the front you can see their logo cut in it.

NoFail
Awe that is sexy. Love how the PRI and gas block @ rifle length looks on it. UBR sets it off too.
