After tinkering with black powder smokepoles the last couple of years, I figured it was time to build something a bit more modern. My current project is a LR308 carbine, at least that's the closest comparison I can make. I may end up having to buy another lower if I can't make my current one work, but that's a topic for another post.

It is nice country up there. I was wearing my Rogers Cabelas grand opening t-shirt just the other day. You will find much information on AR308s here. If you can't find it, someone will know the answer if you ask.
